Steve Berlin was a very professional agent, offering many options and spent time reviewing and comparing all of my options. Something that I have never had with other Insurance Groups. He has been responsive to my questions and requests for documents in a timely pleasant manner as has the office staff. He greatly decreased my cost of comparable coverage that I had previously with State Farm and is much more personable.
