First Convenience Bank

The branch manager at this baseline location is AMAZING! We live out of town so we decided to go to the branch in Benton and the "branch manger" at that location told us she could not cash our check. She told us the account number on the check was different from the previous checks we had deposited/cashed (which it was not different) She said it is their policy and she could not do anything about it. We wanted to deposit a little and cash the rest. She then told us she could cash a little and deposit the rest and that there would be a hold on the funds for 2 days. Keep in mind it is Friday so we would not have had access to our money. She was rude and pushed our check toward us on the counter and told us we could go to a different branch simply because we explained we have never had this problem at the Jacksonville, North Little Rock, nor the Baseline Little Rock location..... We rushed to baseline before closing time and had no issues doing what we needed to get done. Very discouraged about going back to the Benton location!

I hate that every time I ask this bank for different denominations of money it tells me it doesn't have it (they will even ask other tellers who don't look and say no i don't have it). How does a BANK not have smaller bills their to busy hustling for new people to open accounts then to care about existing ones. When my bank had a fraudulent charge of $45 they investigated it and told me nothing could be done even though they were notified in enough time to stop the payment.

I was standing in line for about 15 minutes which is no big deal. First I’m a 51 year old white guy. While in line another family that was black stepped in line. The black teller’s looked up and told the family behind me that she would be right with her. That bothered me because had I done that to a white family and ignored the black family there would have been words from that family. I just think the teller needs to work on that. She probably didn’t realize she did that.

Do not use this bank. It's a joke. It's gunna cost you way more than it's worth. $14 a month for maintaince fees. $25 to close the account. Plus new accounts have to open for 3 months before you can close it and remember it's gunna cost you $25 to do that. The people are rude and not forth coming with important information. Biggest waste of time and money I've ever seen. THIS BANK SUCKS!!

Is this a trap house or a bank? They party with their loud rap music more than they help customers. If you ask them to do something difficult with your account they get upset. These people aren't fit to shine my shoes, let alone handle my money.

My husband has an account here...he deposited his paycheck because they wouldn't cash it for some strange reason even though he puts that check in every dang week. Then they put a 2 day hold on it knowing we needed the bulk of it to pay a large bill that day...THEN the day after the 2 day hold is up, they say another department put a longer hold on the locally based, locally banked paycheck!! We STILL don't have our money 5 days later!! We will be closing this account. This is why I bank at simmons..intold my husband...smh

this bank promises you you're check 2 days earlier it's the 28th and my SSI income has not been deposited to my account yet I got with them on January 26 2023

This Bank lied to me about no service charge if I kept a certain amount in the bank account but they still charge $12 a month service charge I could have put that in my own bank I will suggest nobody does business with this Bank they are trash
