In and out, problem resolved

I operate a gas station with convenience store and one of my cooler door's hinges had given out. I looked up H&G, and gave them a call. They had sent a tech out the next day. He spent less than ten minutes in the store, hit me with a $112 bill (due COD, for "diagnosis"), and stated that he would put the order in for the repair. Here, weeks later and after a follow up call to their office to see what the status is of my repair, I am still with a broken door. Customer service is beyond poor. Tech was inexperienced, unskilled, and unprofessional. I would not recommend H&G to anyone of my colleagues- let alone an enemy. No thanks to H&G, but I found the parts online and fixed the hinge myself for less than the cost of their initial call.

Driver of truck 622 cut me off turning off 12 onto Gumwood rd in Niles today. He did not see me because he was staring at his phone while making the turn. I then followed him for 2 blocks on gumwood rd where he continued to swerve before making an erratic turn onto a side street

Inexperienced technicians and poor customer service. After spending hundreds of dollars equipment still doesn't work. Had to call a different repair company.

Judging by the way their employees drive on I94 I'd call literally anyone else...
