Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We were very pleased with the service provided by Roto Rooter. Curtis came out and quickly developed a plan to help us with our problem. He was very professional and respectful of our home. He kept us up to date with what was going on and what he needed to do to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess behind. Thank you Curtis for properly fixing a problem we have been dealing with for a while. Very much appreciated!!

Johnny came and opened the sewer line from the basement to the street. He was Professional from start to finish. Considering I have had four different reps from a home service come out and not one could resolve the problem long term. Roto-Rooter gave me a six month guarantee. I am very happy with the service.

I called their business at 12:40 PM and they assured me a technician between 2-4PM. Charles came and was very open and communicated very well. He gave us a great service in about an hour and a half and communicated very well regarding what he’s seeing. Fixed our problems and gave us piece of mind! Charles was awesome!

I'm very impressed with the quality of the work they do. I called due to toilet and kitchen sink backed up. We had Charles and Dennis out to help us out. Those guys are the best very friendly and very professional. We have had both guys out before though the year's. We will continue to use this company for our home.

Roto Rooter is awesome. I used them twice with one of them being recent. What can I say. From the time call was made until plumber arrived was less 1 1/2 hours. He took care of my issue , was professional and upfront of what it would cost me. Call taker was friendly and called us back with in 10 minutes to give and ETA. I have all good things to say about this company and its staff. I will use them in the future for a project I will need a Plumber for.

Charles was on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about how to keep my pipes open longer. He also gave me tips on why the pipes keep getting clogged. I will be calling him back to do other plumbing work. When I have the funds.

The Plumber was professional and personable. The work was completed efficiently and effectively. I was very pleased with the company’s performance, all around. I called at the last minute but they got me in anyway.

I had a sink that was blocked. When I called they were able to send a technician to me the same day. Scott was wonderful he fixed the problem and answered all my questions on all the drains . Scott took his time and made sure everything worked before he left , he also cleaned up after him self. Thank you

Outstanding service and communication. I was not on site when TJ was out taking care of the issue. He stayed in contact with me the entire time offered several tips to save me money in the long run. They will definitely get all of my business in the future.

The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and explained the entire process while also telling us the steps he would need to take to remove the clog! He took extra time and care to make sure he resolved our issues and answered all our questions along the way! It was even cheaper than we expected which is always a plus. Had a drainage back up at 10:30 pm . Called left message and service technician got back with us in less than 30 mins . Promptly came out and fixed our problem . I contacted Roto Rooter after I had contacted another plumber who couldn't do the job. Though not an urgent situation, they were at my door less than 2 hours later and quickly and professionally remedied the clean-out drain issue. Super!
