I have been here twice now and they really do have great customer service. It’s also efficient and you can get a car wash right after. Prices are good and you can sit in your car while it’s getting done. 10/10 recommend

Went here for my oil changes from the time I started driving until I had to change to a leased car (part of lease policy that I go to another shop). I loved knowing I could go in with little confidence about cars and not have to worry about being swindled. All of the employees were always professional, gave thorough explanations, and I love what they’ve done with the car wash now.

Have the unlimited wash program on all three of my vehicles. Great value, not best wash, but kids love the lights.

Fast and friendly service! We have been coming to McCords for several years now and have no plans of ever going anywhere else. Whether it's an oil change, tire rotation, car wash, interior detail... They detailed our car and I cannot say enough good things !! We have a toddler and our car got pretty dirty. Especially all the little crevices. They did a FANTASTIC job and their price was extremely reasonable. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone !!

Recently had my oil changed here. I was happy with the place I used to go to but it's on the other side of town from me. I live by McCords so due to gas prices I went there. I couldn't be happier that I did! Trenton and the crew were awesome. Fast, friendly, and great service. Check it out. You won't be disappointed 👍

My good friend brought her car to McChords for the first time. She reported that the service technicians were highly professional and friendly. In addition to oil changes I have had them work on several of my cars over the years without them trying to overcharge me or adding unnecessary fixes.
