Lindsay was very helpful and went out of her way to get me into a new iPhone 15 Pro. Max had bad experiences in the past and she made this visit. Very pleasant and helpful. Everyone should be like Lindsay.

The people that work here are awesome. They don't pressure you but answer questions honestly and if they don't know an answer to a question you have, they will look it up or ask another associate. My only suggestion is for Verizon to send this store more accessories. It is a small store and very popular, and this has nothing to do with the performance of the employees. This store is always staffed with at least two associates. They've always made any transition over to a new phone seamless. I will never go to a larger city, like Evansville, IN again. Washington, IN is a small town but with much better service all-around. Keep up the good work!!!

Not sure if Stephanie is still there. But I will say hands down this is the best Verizon store I’ve found. All the employees go above and beyond to help. Would definitely recommend this store.

Lindsay did a very professional job upgrading my phone&plan. We we're able to add a smart watch and insurance coverage for the devices since we will be adding another line to the plan in a few months. We will definitely be back to have her handle this again for us.
