Aspen Dental

My experience started on the phone. It was wonderful! She was so sweet and caring. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with nothing but smiles from everyone. All of them just wanted to help me in any way they could. The doctor I seen was the sweetest man. He took his time with me, made his recommendations and answered all my questions. And in doing this, he made me feel like I was important. He listened to my questions and answered them completely without trying to rush me out the door. I was very pleased with my visit. I'm even going to leave the dentist I have and switch to Aspen Dental for all my dental needs!

People are friendly and knowledgeable and use state of the art instruments. Dr. Reid is an excellent dentist! He's very thorough and was very patient with me not being the perfect patient! Overall I've always gotten excellent care at Aspen!

Friendly staff and quick appointment. They really explained everything very well and I will be coming back for my dental work with this location very soon. 10/10 recommend!

Always there when you need them. Dentures broke and they fixed them within 3 hours. Great job. Will be in soon to get my next pair! Mackenzie at the South Bend branch... outstanding! Highly recommend them. Patient for the past 7 years!

My first visit to Aspen Dental was very positive, even after an extraction. Compliments to Dr. Reid and all the staff. Very efficient and professional.

First visit and they were very up front and let me make my own decisions. The lady who helped go over my plan and finance was awesome. She was not pushy and helped me figure out my options.

Everyone was so nice! Short wait times and fast service. I will definitely be keeping them as my regular dentist office

Highly recommend aspen dental the doctor and staff have been great there taking care of me getting me my first set of dentures couldn't be more happier with the way the doctor is with me explained what he was going to do and what was best for me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need I am currently getting my top dentures and I will be going back in about 6 months and getting my bottom dentures thank you to the hole staff there sincerely Jeffery Kendall with big boy creations llc

Had a cap come off of a molar last night. Luckily I was able to save it and put in ziplock bag. Stopped by late morning today on the way home to see if I could get in to re-attach. They were able to get me in within 15 minutes and re-attached the cap about 20 minutes later. Best of all, since I had orgininally had it put on in the summer, it was a no charge replacement. Friendly staff, prompt service, convenient location and hours.

I’m sorry but I don’t remember the young lady who did my x-ray (Madison maybe?) she did a wonderful job. Danielle was my hygienist nd she also did a great job. Special kudos to McKinsey (sp) who works in the office part, she went above and beyond to redo my insurance to get the coverage I was do!

Barely had to wait, dental techs were considerate and friendly environment. Dentist was great. Made my son feel comfortable

My father had 2 broken teeth that needed extracted. The staff was caring, kind, friendly, and patient with him. He adored Dr. Derrick.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was very helpful. My Hygienist, Alyssa was totally awesome and gave me the best cleaning. Cynthia also did an amazing job and meeting Dr. Mo gave me the confidence I needed in my new dental home. I was very comfortable from the moment I walked in. Nanette gave me all the information I needed for my finances and Motto. Everyone did an amazing job!! Definitely will refer my family and friends to their location. Keep up the great work and genuine care.

I had a great experience at Aspen's South Bend office. The staff, hygienist and dentist couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I needed a molar tooth pulled and Dr. Mo had it out in mere seconds! I was shocked and obviously pleased. Highly recommend!

Last week, I brought in my daughter as we are beginning our new patient relationship with this establishment. The staff was nice, attentive, and very patient focused. My daughter, who is 13, was being explained in full detail about her service, treatments, and after care. Dr. Mo treated her like a person who was able to comprehend and asked her if "she" had questions. That made me feel really good and it also made my daughter feel good.
Now, she is excited to do her follow-up because she feels very important in her dental care decision making.

Today, I had my first patient appointment and again, I was treated with respect, empathy, and they really listened to me. Dr. Mo again was extremely nice and explanative with my care, treatment and aftercare.
The entire staff, Dr. Mo, Megan, Alyssa, and Nanette were all amazingly nice, compassionate, and really respectful. They did not talk down to me because of my lack of dental care. Instead, they reassured me that I can fix my problems and were very compassionate and patient.
I can't wait to get my million dollar smile back. They all deserve a perfect 10!

Wonderful, friendly staff that get straight down to business and who made sure I understood everything. It was a great experience and I look forward to my upcoming visits. Mercy was kind and gentle with my x-rays, plus she kept telling me my eyes were pretty. I was having a pretty bad day and really needed to hear it. Megan was calm and attentive to my needs. Alyssa was knowledgeable and informative, plus made great eye contact. Dr. Mo was straightforward and no nonsense. And Nanette was very relatable and understanding about my schedule. You should really be proud of your team!
