Great service. Prompt and courteous follow ups with any issues or claims. You never feel like a number when the owner calls you on the phone to help get your claim squared away. This company has been taking care of my wife's family for a long time and continues to take great care of us as well!

There is always someone there to talk to during business hours M-F and only once did I have to leave a message, and my call was promptly returned minutes later. They are really great at giving accurate pricing and explaining the options on a policy so that I understand what I am paying for and not buying something that I don't really need. Everything is perfect, all the people I talked to on the phone at the office are really nice.
One "issue" is the absence of a website to log into my account and see my info such as coverage, payment history.... everything is done through email. I guess this is fine to keep a low cost.
