Legends

This place was great. Right outside the stadium and has a little parking lot for it's guests. I ordered the fried pretzel appetizer which was sort of a pretzel type dough that was maybe fried and not baked? I'd skip it next time and try one of the other appetizers. I also ordered the salmon which was fantastic, would get that again. I went on a Thursday night and it wasn't too busy but I imagine it's packed on GameDay. Price was $45 with tax and tip.

Had a blast on our last visit. Great pub food and great service. Convenient and short walk from the stadium. A game day must for us.

I have been wanting to go to Legends for a while, but it had been closed for quite some time during COVID. It is open now, and I finally got that chance to go there. It is definitely worth the trip to a very nice place. The inside is very nice and the atmosphere was good. Service was a little slow as they seemed to be slightly understaffed, but the food was good.

Had the wings and chicken nachos, and both were very good. The fries were also very good. It's definitely one of the better pub/bar places in South Bend. They make their own sangria, and my wife loved it. She said it was the best sangria she had. Service was a little slow but everything else was on point!

My fiance and I ate before a ND basketball game. The hostess and server were great. Food was very good. We had Chicken nachos and the Bus BLT. The Cook thanked us for the compliments as we were leaving. We will be back again. GO IRISH!

I have always been nervous to give this restaurant a try. Always thought it would be too uppity. Well my son suggested it before we went to a hockey game with him and his girlfriend. He hadn't been there, but always wanted to try it, so I agreed to give it a try. So I made reservations. I'm so glad we stepped out of our comfort zone. We had an amazing experience.
At first I was a little concerned. The decor seemed very fancy, somewhat elaborate, but I noticed that most people were dressed casual. The longer we were there the more comfortable I became and since I don't drink anymore I knew it wasn't the alcohol 🤣. It felt like a very nice sports bar.
Food was excellent. My son ordered a Gaucho Asado burger, my wife ordered the maple mustard grilled pork chops, my son's girlfriend had Irish Whiskey BBQ wings, and I had the fish and chips. Everyone loved their choice. I even got to try a little of everything. It was very quality/delicious food. Service was great also.
We will definitely be back.

We went here at a popular time. Place was full and yet we were seated quickly and the service was fast and great! We had the BBQ wings, chicken fingers and fries ( which the fries were fantastic!), And the pretzel appetizer with cheese sauce. EVERYTHING was great. Such a great atmosphere for all fans!! GO IRISH!!

After 2 years they are back open. It is a more open concept now and has very comfortable chairs. Got my burger cooked to order. And there were enough fries for 2 people! Great service too. Be prepared, they are now cashless.

Great restaurant, right on the parking lot of the Stadium. They used to have an awesome tailgate but since covid it hasn't been the same. Would definitely eat at the restaurant but sad we have to find a new tailgate place.

Beautiful renovations! Came here a while back and was blown away. Great burgers and beer selection was nice. Ariana was our server super knowledgeable and friendly.

Every time I vist Notre Dame I make it a point to stop and eat here! Couldn't ask for better food for the value, staff and atmosphere

Ive been there just a few times and thise times have been great,from service and food. Recommed as a go to while there in Southbend- on campus.

Recently reopened with a great new menu! Our party was greeted like we were family. Derek Faulkner, our bartender/server was attentive and very helpful.
Be sure to try the Cinnamon caramel donut holes for dessert!!

Cool atmosphere, prices accordingly with the food $$, wine and beers to choose. I asked for Moscato and Salmon and a soup, was great and fast.

A large group of us ate at Legends in April 2023. We had made reservations for 7pm but ended up arriving around 6pm and the manager, Raquel, graciously found room for us in the bar. Our server, Annette, was AWESOME! She handled our roudy bunch with a great sense of humor and made sure all of our orders were brought in a timely manner, which isnt an easy thing to do with 15 people! The food was just ok, but because of the great service, we had the best time thanks to the way Raquel and Annette made us feel so welcome.

Great service! Clean restaurant on a nice campus. Food was delicious and plated beautifully.

Great burgers, fish 'n chips, glazed Salmon, BUS BLT, roasted chicken & phenomenal salads! Legends is literally in the shadow of the football stadium and steps away from DeBart, Compton Arenas & Joyce Center and baseball and softball stadiums. Full bar and many beers on tap.

Love coming to Legends. Great food and fun place to catch the game. When I'm in town this is always a must visit place

Empty for a game day. Pain to get to the parking lot, but food was really good and reasonably priced.

Great family place for a fun time. All Catholic and or fans of Catholic institutions and worship need to experience the magnificent venue for taking a rest from Accademics Work Family stess and lose yourself here. Located in the heart of Notre Dame campus a plenitud of pictures newspaper articles and positive history of Notre Dame. The restaurant/museum is very warm inviting and welcoming. The menu is sufficient enough to satisfy any appetite. I have never consumed a subpar meal or dessert. The Football both Men's and Women's basketball coaches radio shows are broadcasted here. I always feel the presence of Jesus Christ and the Blessed Mother both outside and inside. Plan a trip for the future soon and be energized. God Bless the Catholic Community and the Holy Cross Order.
