Everyone here was so nice!! And bonus we loved the clothes! We just moved from the South and needed some gear for this weather 🥶 Everyone was so helpful and we found everything we needed and more! Also they are dog friendly! Our corgis loved it as much as we did! We will be back! :)

This a great store. Wonderful, high quality merchandise (my husband has put his jacket through its paces) and excellent staff. The two women working there when I went in to exchange a jacket were knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a very pleasant shopping experience, and I am already enjoying being waterproof. :)

I had a very pleasant experience shirt shopping yesterday at this store because of the sales representative Maddie. She was helpful and not pushy. She let me know what the specials were and set up a dressing room to try the clothing selections on. Great job Maddie! Eddie Bauer, I'm sure is proud to have you!

1st time at this location and found staff every friendly and helpful. Like the fact the manager took the time to say hi . I usually go on line but going to take the drive to make purchases in future. What real impressed me was the boots I was interested in was on a display to try on with not knowing if I would purchase. So yes to me they have Excellent Customer Service.

I endorse Eddie Bauer's brand clothing as it is quality made, guaranteed and affordable. Heading there for some great winter clothing. Great buys and helpful salesclerks. The manager, Kelly is very gracious and welcoming as she makes you feel at home. I had stopped in February to sse what sales were happening and I was informed of the current sale that was going on. Hurry in for up to 60% off or mostly 40% off select winter wear. Right when you need it. Free parking is available but somewhat limited in front of the store.
