This dentist office is amazing. From the front desk with Mary helping me with what my plan will cover to Paige being great at what she does and watching out for a few sensitive spots on my teeth. Last but not least Dr. Lynch is experienced, kind and gives all the options and explanations for what is needed going forward. I have recommended them to coworkers and friends who also go there now and feel the same way:-)

Dr. Lynch and Dr. Elliott and team are the ABSOLUTE BEST! I look forward to ever single visit. I would recommend their care and professional services to anyone. Dr. Elliot is expanding the practice with Botox and other advanced services! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Office staff very friendly, professional and detail oriented. The technician was very thorough and explained all options. Called to begin the process of fixing my teeth, not only did they schedule me quickly, they got me in for pain and handled it right away. I’m always nervous when going to the dentist and I wasn’t AT ALL! I've never been so comfortable while getting a filling. They gave me a TV, blanket, offered headphones, and the drilling was done remarkably fast!

Plus, this doctor is very thorough, so I trust him. He also checked in with me multiple times to make sure I wasn't having any discomfort. Completely wonderful experience; took all my anxiety away.

The Granger location is where my previous dentist who retired was. I have been very delinquent in going for annual checkups. Over the weekend had a tooth emergency. I'm talking crazy pain! Dr Lynch and his staff were so nice and accommodating to squeeze me into their schedule and pull a tooth gone bad. While there is post-op pain from the extraction, I couldn't be happier knowing I'm in good care. Dr Lynch even called me after hours to check in and make sure how I was. I have found my new dentist!

“Mary, did an excellent job in prequalifying me and my wife before our procedures. The hygienist ( Ashley) did a painless job cleaning the teeth. Doctor Lynch is always courteous, prompt, professional and engaged. The ladies in the front office are always welcoming and helpful. Place is clean and the service is prompt. And the office music, considering the venue, is not bad.

No one enjoys going to the dentist. However, the staff at Michiana Smiles made it a pleasant experience. Everyone, from the office staff, to the hygienist, to the doctor, was so kind and welcoming. I did not feel rushed or pressured. The office itself is calm and spa-like, and smelled wonderful. I highly recommend this practice.

During my entire visit I experienced friendly, caring, kind and knowledgeable staff members. Each one knew their job well and was very professional in their care. They answered my questions with ease and were able to relieve my anxiety that I often feel at the dentist. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough as she cleaned my teeth. She was professional but also personable and had a great sense of humor. The Dr was very thorough and knowledgeable during her part of my exam also. All in all, a very pleasant experience! I am very impressed with each staff member and how well they do their job. I would recommend Michigan Smiles to anyone!

First visit today. I always dread the dentist due to poor orthodontic care at a younger age that has caused issues now with my jaw and teeth. I feel judged and given the worst case scenarios with little options given. But not today! I didn’t feel judged at all. I actually felt like they were very understanding and supportive! I also appreciate they consider that I have to do things in steps financially.

Most thorough cleaning I've ever received. The staff and Dr. are super friendly and gentle. I left feeling like my teeth were foreign to my mouth (in a good way). Zero wait time, tons of communication leading up to my appt. Will definitely be going back.

I think I finally found an amazing place for my dental health! Everyone was amazing from my first step into the door. Dr. Elliott was very informational and set up a very doable plan for me. I came in on 10/19/2023 for a second opinion on, what was told to be, an abscessed tooth. I am SO happy I came here for that second opinion. I was originally told that I would need to have the tooth pulled, due to it being crowned. Turns out, it wasn't abscessed, it was just a cavity that needed to be fixed. AND they fixed the other tooth that had been bothering me that I was ORIGIANNLY scheduled to be seen for. (Mind you, this was at a previous facility that I received no help.)
The office manager, Kara, made sure I was fixed all up that very same day. No waiting! Dr. Elliott, Jacquelin, & Shayla (I'm so sorry if I've spelled names wrong) were FANTASTIC. They made me feel at home! I'm so glad to have this place as my new dental care facility!

I had my first visit today and it was amazing. I have such a fear due to previous bad experiences that I just didn't go. If you are like me and neglect your dental health because of fear, let me tell you I have found the perfect Dental practice that will absolutely change your mind!!! From the receptionist, the hygienist, the lovely girl who took pictures and the wonderful Doctor who explained everything, I was impressed!
