Goodwill Store #15

On my first visit there, I was very pleased. I happen to go on a day when they were having an e-mail sale and the woman checking me out made sure I got signed up for their rewards program and received the discount (which ended up being more than $50.00 in savings (I was beginning a new wardrobe). The place is clean and nice and the clothes well organized. The staff is very helpful and kind. I've thoroughly enjoyed each of my subsequent returns to this location.

I was there with friends one of whom was ninety three years young....the customer service was amazing, the elderly often are finicky and as such I was standing around a long while, and although the cashier had to deal with a few folks offering snide remarks and, overall having nasty attitudes she maintained a friendly attitude with every one behind them in line...including helping a ninety three year old with obtaining his lost card through technical difficulties. In a world seemingly without patience in the year 2021 this is a rare gem. On this particular visit I not only had a pleasant experience it was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you

It was wonderful! Cool inside, thank God. 1/2 busier than we expected. 4 family members & I were there. It was even half-price day. All the more fun!

This Goodwill is so much more than a thrift store! I knew Goodwill had community programs but after taking a tour of their operations, I was wowed by the scope of the ways they are positively impacting South Bend economically and environmentally. Also the thrift store part is very clean, organized, and well-run. (:

I shopped at GW on Western Ave in the AM today. I had a good shopping experience, and I bought nice things. The lady's placing items out on the shelves were helpful, didn't mind answering questions as they worked. Thx 4 being kind. Some r not so nice. Very wide selection. Good quality. Friendly workers. This was a dream compared to my home state of KY where it is the dregs. Threadbare smelly 30 yr old clothes in KY.

Vincent was super nice, always appreciate a cashier who makes small talk while checking out. They were the best!!

The store was clean, the employees were friendly, lots of stuff. Prices are going up so get it while it's hot.

Beautiful customer service nice people and you will find nice quality items that's not overly price in good condition or new I was excited jump a board and be a MGB member it's worth it...........
