I have purchased 6 cars myself and been with many others to purchase cars. Shawndel was by far the best sales person I have had the chance to work with! My gf and I drove over 3 hours from northern Illinois to purchase a 2023 corolla hatchback and couldn't be happier! Shawndel and their team went out of their way to make sure it was as quick as possible for us. On top of that he made sure to find us everything that should be with the car including warranty information before we left. As far as the price of the vehicle goes, the price was extremely competitive being the lowest priced and lowest mile example we could find! Excellent place to purchase new/used cars with non-commissioned sales agents. Zero pressure. Zero hassle. Just helpful, friendly people. I kept waiting for the catch...there wasn't one. It's a very refreshing purchasing atmosphere. First place I've visited in YEARS that allows a test drive overnight. They're still doing it like old dealerships did back in the day. Worth a visit. Even if you don't purchase at Jordan, you'll appreciate the way they do business.

Wow my experience at the Jordan Pre-owned department was amazing. Shawndel was a great salesperson and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a used car. He was very polite and took his time to explain everything I was signing. The finance manager Dan is amazing as well. He was upfront about the out the door price of the vehicle and I feel he tried his best to give me the best rate. The manager Brian took time out his day to congratulate me on my purchase. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and the used car buyer they have is second to none. He was able to find me a car that nobody else was able to get. I was wanting 2 specific packages and a brown interior and he was able to find it in a few days and right in my price range. I will definitely go back to Jordan next time I need another car

My wife and I inquired about a used Lincoln Aviator that we found online. It was about a three hour drive from where we live and they were very accommodating to hold the vehicle until the next day so that we could make the drive. Shawndel made the whole experience excellent for my family and I. He provided superior support and service throughout the haggle free buying process. Shawndell was the best to work with! We had called him about a month prior to inquire about an Explorer that he had actually just sold. We told him what we were looking for and he waited until he found the PERFECT vehicle for us. We walked out with exactly what we wanted! Best car buying experience we’ve had.

I contacted the dealership about a week ago to inquire about a used 8 month old F150 they had listed online. Wendi was wonderful to work with over the phone, she emailed photos and a walk-around video of the truck since I live about 2 hours from their dealership. She said if you are interested give me a call before you head to the dealership. Called and went to Jordan after work on a Thursday. She pulled the truck aside and had it washed for me to inspect and test drive. Long story short I purchased the truck, was in and out in under 2 hours and headed home. No pressure, no gimmicks and a total pain less buying experience. Wendi and Paul were wonderful to work with. I will purchase from Jordan again and will recommend everyone to check them out. Great experience buying our second vehicle from Jordan Auto. Shawndel Gordon sold us our Toyota Highlander back in 2019 and now our Rav 4. Both experiences were a smooth process and they are a great company to work with. Service department has also been great over the last 3+ years. Highly recommend buying your next vehicle here!

About 6 day's ago I was without a car, I did what a lot people do I put money into my car and this was preventive maintenance to the sum of $1400 trying to make my 2000 Nissan Sentra GXE last, what I didn't know was the Head gasket was on its way out, and that LED me down a road of 5 weeks of walking and trying to depend on people you find out no matter how good you are to people, when you are down not many rise to the surface to help, and one day I was on market place on Facebook and I spotted a 2004 Toyota Camry so I clicked on it and wahhh WAHHHH!!!! It was sold. But I had contacted the dealership and I figured no help Boy was I wrong, since the other was sold I was transferred to Sharon Remmo at the Budget lot what a Classy Lady she informed me They got a 2002 Camry XLE in for trade and I had to wait a day because they were Detailing it, next dilemma came up No Way to go see it because no one to help, Sharon Remmo arranged to come and pick me up I was shocked and They took me to Jordan Toyota and she went and brought the Camry over from Detailing it was Love at first sight and she showed me around the car Yes it has some imperfections paint issues nothing horrible and some scratches, but I am the kinda person who can see the beauty through the imperfections . 143,000 miles and options you can find for example on a Mercedes Benz this car is going to spoil me lol 🤣 it's about time I am pampered a little bit 😂 I have owned over 40 cars through dealing with friends and etc lots of Clunkers. Sharon Remmo and her partner at the budget lot Treated me like a Rockstar and so did the whole team at Jordan Ford Toyota showed me what the JORDAN WAY is all about I am so thankful to God and Sharon Remmo for her kindness if you want to be treated right PLEASE Go and experience the Jordan dealership on Jefferson Street Mishawaka Indiana. Bought this rare Mercedes AMG from Jordan Auto Group. It was a great experience buying a car from this dealership. There was a glitch in the pricing and the price dropped to $1000 less, Mike still honored me the price listed on the website. I definitely recommend including Jordan in your car shopping experience if you happen to see something on their lot or in their online catalogue that you're interested in! For personal reasons, I ended up going with an entirely different make from a different dealership than the one I test drove from Jordan, but it was to no fault of Jordan's staff or selection. In fact, the salesperson who assisted me throughout my entire experience, Andrew M., was honest, thorough, patient, and exceeded my customer service expectations. Each time I entered the building, I was greeted at the door, treated with respect and hospitality, and not pressured to make any commitments.

My husband and I went looking to trade in our car. Shawndel was the BEST salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Super honest and accommodating to our needs. He wasn’t going to let us leave without finding us the best car that met our needs. I’ve been sold lemon cars in the past, so I always go into a dealership with caution. He gave us options and made sure we knew when the budget was getting pushed. It’s always hard car shopping when working a full time job; we finally picked a car, unfortunately almost at their closing time, and Shawdel made it happen! Thanks to all those involved in closing the sale that day who stayed after hours, including Paul for working us out a great financing deal that included an extending warranty and gap insurance. Shawndel made sure we got back in after the sale to take care of a couple of small problems we noticed before purchase, even offering to make an appt for us somewhere else if one issue couldn’t be figured out. He also managed to locate our garage door opener from our trade-in (after having reminded us not to forget it, oops). 10/10 would recommend Jordan to anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle, and ASK FOR SHAWNDEL!
