Finding a good fit with insurance is a headache at times. Charles will work hard for you anytime you need him. He is knowledgeable and will make sure all your questions have been answered. Every time I have needed something, I have always felt that my issues were handled.

If you value your time or if you value any promises of supposed insurance you paid for, then please go somewhere else to purchase insurance. This is a WARNING. LISTEN TO ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR DECEPTIVE OTHER GOOGLE PAGE AND DONT GET INSURANCE FROM LIBERTY MUTUAL OR CON-ARTIST CHARLES ALKIRE (Corrupt Owner / Head Insurance Agent Of This Liberty Mutual). This is a complete fraud. They will gladly take payment, BUT whenever something actually happens or you need them for anything, they block your number. It is impossible to reach them. They don't respond to any calls back or messages or even emails. They are the most vile people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. Specifically, Charles Alkire is NOT an insurance agent. He is a fraudulent person that is for some reason "always away from his desk" and "can't be reached". He is so happy to take your money when you enroll, but he will never actually help in any way if you need anything from your insurance. If you get into a crash, if someone vandalized your car, or if you need him to make good on any promise that he told you when you enrolled in this so-called "car insurance", then forget all about that. They will turn their back on you as soon as you leave their facility. AVOID THIS "INSURANCE" PROVIDER AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT EVER CHOOSE CHARLES ALKIRE OR LIBERTY MUTUAL FOR ANY REASON.
