I had an amazing experience at Jordan Toyota. In total, I worked with 29 Toyota dealers across 8 states in the hunt for the best buying experience. The minute I walked into Jordan, I knew I found it.

I stopped into Jordan Toyota earlier this year looking for a very specific, hard-to-find vehicle in a specific color with specific packages. I began working with Charlise LaBoy and she ensured me she was up for the task! Charlise was extremely transparent about pricing, timelines, and the process behind the scenes (for example, the fact that Toyota does not take special orders). I got a price in writing that day, using the VIN number of an exact vehicle match of what I was looking for. No running back-and-forth to get deals approved by management (this was a popular trend at other dealers). I got the best price up-front. When Jordan gives you a price, rest assured that is what you will pay on delivery day.

Fast-forward to July, and I get a call that my build request was fulfilled. Once my vehicle was in transit, I mentioned to Charlise that I’d really like to see my vehicle get unloaded from the transport truck. She tracked my 4Runner through its travels, kept me updated along the way, and ultimately made that happen!

On delivery day: No pushy tactics for extended warranties, no unwanted dealer adds, no last-minute sales tactics, just an uneventful close to a deal. Exactly how it should be.

I love our Toyota vehicles. We own a Sequoia (Brutus) and a Highlander (Eugene). Both are excellent vehicles. That said we want to keep our Toyotas all Toyota so Jordan Toyota was just a logical choice here. We got excellent service at a decent price. Our Sequoia uses 8 QT of oil, I paid just under $100 bucks with a tire rotation and 50 point inspection. The technician I guess broke a bolt but they replaced it and made it right. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. We've shopped with Jordan in the past and they lived up to the same quality service I got back then. Will bring Brutus back when it's due.

Kyle in the used vehicle department was fantastic! I drove 9 and a half hours to buy my Fiesta ST from these wonderful people. They walked me through every step and helped ensure everything I needed was taken care of before even made the trip. Once I got there, they were extremly friendly and the most transparent dealer I've ever used! Thanks guys!

We recently purchased our car from Jordan Toyota and we had very smooth experience. Kyle from Jordan always made sure all our questions were answered and we had lots of questions as we were buying from out of state. There was no pressure to buy from them. We got their fabric and paint protection ceramic coating before delivery as they were very fairly priced. I would recommend this place to anyone who are looking to buy a car.

We got lucky and Jordan Toyota had exactly the Corolla Cross we were looking for with no haggle, no hassle, no unwanted add-ons, and no pressure to add things we didn't want. They replied quickly via email, text, and phone. The in-person experience went just as smoothly with friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the vehicle they were selling. Kyle and Dan were excellent to deal with, efficient and friendly. We were in and out with the initial paper work quickly and once the payment went through the pickup experience was problem free. Even though they're 2 hours away I'm going to keep them in mind for the next Toyota we're looking for!

Been trying to get into a new 2023 Prius since July but a new Prius without all the add ons and mark ups can be quite challenging. So decided to stop in at Jordan Toyota and see if they had any hybrids coming in that weren’t already spoken for. Within 48 hours I get a call from Kyle ( sales rep.)informing me that 2 hybrids were delivered and one was spoken for. Took a road trip up to Mishawaka for a test drive … we were sold on the new 2024 Corolla LE Sedan hybrid . A little less room and power than a Prius but still very doable with plenty of room and comfortable seating. We are pleased with the OTD price and the whole car shopping experience from Jordan Toyota.

I had such a great experience at Jordan Toyota. Wendi was such a sweetheart at help buying my first car. Wendi and Dan walked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything. Answered all my questions and was so patient. They even stayed late so I could drive my car home that night. She even put a bow on the car so I can take pictures before I left too. I couldn’t thank you both enough. :)

This is the third vehicle we've bought from Jordan Toyota, and the service and hospitality is the best. Kyle was helping us this time with our sale of a new Venza, and he was so helpful and friendly...never pushy or aggressive. In fact everyone at the dealership is very calm and the environment is very relaxing. No pressure at all. They also offer great warranties and wonderful after sale service. And they are there to help with tutoring and questions too on all the syncing of phone with vehicle computer, which is great. We would recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a new car and especially a Toyota.

We’ve now bought two cars from Jordan Automotive, but more specifically, Andrew Meeks. Andrew goes above and beyond what is expected of a car salesman, and truly exemplifies “The Jordan Way.” It seems Andrew truly cares about what is going on in his customer’s lives, takes that into account, and does everything within his power to meet the his customer’s needs. I felt absolutely no pressure to make any decision and have never had an easier, less stressful car buying experience than the ones I’ve had with Andrew. My wife and I have both decided that ANY time we have to buy a car, it will be through Andrew. Went to the dealership and met with a very personable salesperson, Shawndel Gordon. Test drove a 2021 Subaru Forester and it is just what I had been looking for. This was a no stress experience. Shawndel was fully transparent and genuinely seemed to have my best interest in mind. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and overall the experience was simple with minimal negotiations. After purchasing, I did have a concern which I conveyed to Shawndel. We met with the Service Manager and the issue was resolved to my total satisfaction. I bought a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee from Jordan Toyota and could not have been happier with my experience, which was over the internet and phone. The salesperson, Keaton Stephens, really went above and beyond to help me make sure this was the vehicle that met our needs. He not only sent me detailed photos, but did a Facetime call with me to walk around the vehicle so I could ask questions. This dealership did what they said they would do (unlike a couple of others before them during this purchase process). They made sure the Jeep was carefully detailed before delivery (incl. conditioning the leather!), helped me arrange delivery, didn't try to add on a bunch of stuff to run the price up, and were professional and pleasant the entire time. I definitely would recommend Keaton Stephens and Jordan Toyota for a pre-owned vehicle, whatever brand it is.

I called looking for a very specific vehicle. He took my info and in less than an hour he was able to call me back with a perfect match at a better price than I could find anywhere else.

It was my first time here for the Service Department and I was very impressed with the facilities and overall impression of the dealership.
