Dr. Osborn is amazing!! She listens and quickly resolved Colby-Jack's issues. We transferred here from another vet because they couldn't figure it out. So glad I did!!! This place is wonderful.

I began at this vet practice I believe in early 2019. During covid shut-down they went above and beyond to ensure that patients, staff and owners stayed safe and top-notch care was given. I appreciated all they did.
Now it is business as usual, but if I have sleeping grandchildren in the car, they will still provide car-side service. The staff and front desk are very nice and you can communicate also thru texting for an established pet. Dr. Rock is the vet I have seen almost every time.
My older dog had kidney failure and everyone there was kind in teaching me how to give I.V. fluids at home, and then not giving me any strife over the fact that I was struggling, but rather offered to do them there as a brief twice a week tech service.
They gave a very respectful and comforting time when he passed.
My other young dog is wary at the vets, but they handle her very professionally. Dr. Rock explains and educates owners.
Family Pet Health Center does food drives for low-income owners. It is a clean and just-the-right-sized facility. Parking is easy and there's a fake grass potty spot before entering which is well-maintained.
Prescription meds are a bit pricey, but they easily work with Chewy or a pharmacy like Walgreen's or Meijer.
Overall, I highly recommend Family Pet. I have had other vets over 40 years to compare to and I am content with Dr. Rock caring for my beloved pets.

Family Pet Health Center has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. From the moment that my dogs walk in the front door, I know they will get the best care possible. My dogs have absolutely no anxiety when going to their appointments, as well. To me, that says a lot about the atmosphere. I will always recommend Family Pet Health Center.

Family pet health takes such good care of my old girl. They are kind, caring, and so accommodating with scheduling.

My family has been placing our fur-babies in the care of this clinic for over 20 years; I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! The entire staff are very dear to my family's heart, and our particular veterinarian, Dr. Rock, was literally born to do what he does. :)

My family has been taking our cat-kids to FPHC since 2004, and I recommend Dr. Rock to everyone! The facility is spacious, clean, and welcoming, and the girls at the reception desk are always attentive and efficient. Techs Summer and Maribel treat my kids with patience and respect during their exams, and I trust all of the staff's judgment on my babies' health. FPHC's genuine interest in what is best for their patients while empathizing with their clients' concerns and offering collaborative treatment plans that integrate traditional medicine with holistic options is what makes them our area's best veterinary provider for twenty years and counting! Family Pet Health Center is the cleanest and most professional vet clinic I have ever seen. Every staff member is courteous, attentive, professional, caring, and helpful. Dr. Stephenie Rensberger is kind, conscientious, and creative in her approach to veterinary care. She has enhanced the quality of life for both of my Golden Retrievers. Check out is easy and efficient and is accomplished in the exam room. The facility is always sparkling clean and the staff are always top-notch in their customer service.

I was able to get my dog Archie in quickly after I noticed a few bumps on him. Dr. Rock was amazing with him, meticulous and careful with the eam, as Archie was scared, and he was efficient and quick with the results. The good news is that Archie is fine!

Since moving to South Bend I have stressed about finding the right vet for my dog. I am thrilled to have found Family Pet Health Center. My dog Mr. Harvey has several chronic conditions that need to be monitored and he is truly like my kid. He sees Dr. Stephanie Rensberger and she is so thorough and takes the time to answer all my questions. I first started going there with the intention of getting him acupuncture for his arthritis. She said that she would totally do it if I want, but she usually waits till it progresses more. She also evaluated his risk factors and age and changed his vaccine regimen by removing some that aren't needed. I love that they really seem to do what is best for the pet instead of just racking up charges. Honestly they are only slightly more expensive than our previous vet, but its well worth it for the quality of care we have received. I absolutely would recommend them for anyone looking for a vet!

Oh there's not enough great things that I can say about this place. My fur babies have been going here for omg 25 to 30 years and I wouldn't change and go to a different place at all. Dr. Rock and Dr. Stephanie are awesome in so many was and the staff are Great!!!

Dr. Rock is very knowledgeable and caring. He is great about explaining the problem, tests needed and follow up. His staff is equally nice and efficient. The prices are reasonable and they put the pet’s health first. They don’t recommend procedures just to make money. I admire Dr.Rock’s common sense approach to caring for my aging dog. I can’t praise Dr. Rock or his staff enough.

Holistic veterinarian Dr. Stephanie Rensberger and the entire staff at Family Pet Health are all incredibly talented, helpful and professional. They take such excellent care of my three dogs, whether it's wellness visits, injuries or surgery, I know my pups are receiving the very best of care and are treated with kindness and compassion.

Cannot say enough great things about everyone here! From the receptionists to the techs and the doctors, EVERYONE is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. We have been taking our dog to Dr. Rock ever since he was a pup and we will not take him anywhere else. They truly treat you and your pet like their own family and for that I am so grateful. Dr. Stephanie truly knows what she is doing and how to care for animals.. I’ve had a horrible experience with my last veterinarian only wanting to make money instead of taking care of my pet and solving the issue. My pet has seen Dr. Stephanie 4x and I has received the care and resolution he needed. She is a life saver and I couldn’t be more pleased !! The staff is always caring and compassionate..
