Amazing! I got multiple used books that said they were in “Very Good” condition - there were two of them that looked brand new, and the others were excellent quality. Due to what I’ve gotten from other services, I was expecting “Very Good” to mean “the words aren’t damaged so you can still read it but the rest is falling apart.” No, this “Very Good” Actually means “Very Good.”
I was a little frustrated that once I submitted my order I could no longer see an expected delivery date, plus the package tracking was infrequent, but it was only about 2 days after the initial expected date that I received my order, and with the quality of the books, I can’t complain too much.

Received my order quickly and in better used condition than anticipated. Very happy with the quality of the books, and love that all 4 of them came at the same time. Would absolutely order from BWB again.

This is one of the best bookshops in the world. Greatest range of books, good prices, fast shipping. It took 3 months to get my book but this was the fault of the South African Post Office, not BWB.

I ordered 4 books, one of which was a hardback. To my surprise, I got another of my books in hardback form. All this for less than $18.00 and they were delivered in less than 2 weeks. I've told all my friends about this organization. I only wish there was a donation drop box in this area (the Pacific NW) so I could donate books without mailing them.
