The UPS Store

This store and the people that work there are so helpful and friendly. They really know how to pack and ship packages the right way, like it is their own piece of equipment. They take their time doing it the right way, and don't over charge. I will tell all my friends and family to use this store from now on. The owner goes above and beyond.

Always fast and easy service here, the workers are super welcoming and patient with everyone even when it’s a hectic/busy day. Gotta give them credit because I couldn’t put up with what they do, thank you guys!!

I come often to the UPS store, and the staff of the store is amazing always very friendly, professional, and always accommodates my needs. Therefore, I do not hesitate to recommend this UPS branch in South Bend, which is located next to Martin’s near Notre Dame.

The store assistant Christina went above and beyond to help me print a label that was difficult to print for what reason we don’t know she was very patient with me and I’m so computer illiterate I was just so pleased with her and Farooq came then to assist such great customer service I got from them both. I came inside the South Bend Ave. UPS store and the customer service was very friendly. I expected to pay more for my boxes but they told me that it was cheaper so I really was appreciate it and I will come back for my service.

This was my first visit. I had half a dozen items to return to Amazon. Amazon gives you the option of returning items just by bringing it into the UPS Store, no box, no label, etc. So, I had to go through my phone and go item by item with the worker (each item was ordered separately and had to be scanned individually) and as I'm giving him an item, I have to find the barcode provided by Amazon for him to scan. He was patient and helpful and it went very quickly. This was my first time returning items in this matter. So, I wasn't sure what to expect. Thanks for the help!

These people are marvelous. They helped with all my shipping needs in a fantastic way. They even had just the size box i needed.

I often go here to drop off my Amazon returns. The staff is quick and efficient and there usually isn't any wait. If they are with another person they tell me "I'll be with you in a minute." Always a good experience.

Glenn and his staff (Cindy and Hazel) are ALWAYS helpful and friendly! I enjoy going there! Nice to see some local businesses that still take pride in their service and treat their customers well.

Execlent service! The old lady there is very nice and helpful. The young lady, you need to get by the store more to understand her. She might appearing rude, but she is not. It is just the way she communicates. Both of them are working professionally.
