Walmart Supercenter

I'm from Toledo, Ohio. I'm here (in Monticello, Indiana) doing a solar project for the company I work for.
I have a 2018 Camaro SS. She's "special" and I run Royal Purple oil in her. I tried every place I could find out here, and nobody could/would, do an oil change, with that oil, for me. I called Walmart, because I know that they carry the product. I was told that they don't do "Royal Purple" oil changes, but if I bought it off the shelves, they would do it for me. LIFE SAVERS!!
Thank you to Paul and Miguel! I'm pretty sure I do, but I hope I remembered their names correctly. The customer service was excellent, they did me a great favor, it was very time efficient and their quality of work was as good as it gets! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was looking for a turkey that was over 20 lbs and there were none on the floor. Chad and Sherri (might not be the right spelling) went above and beyond and found one for me no questions asked. Awesome customer service. Tell them thank you again for me.

I use the pickup service for everything & it's great! The people who work in this are friendly & fast.

Excellent store.... but be prepared to walk if you have a sizeable shopping list! Good prices and selection!

I am from mid Michigan where the Walmart's look more like a Dollar store or a Big Lots, messy, poorly stocked, unfriendly staff and terrible looking perishable departments. This store looked fantastic. I was a store manager for 20 years and was impressed with this store and it's staff. Maybe ya'll could go to Grand Rapids Michigan and show them how to run a store!

Store and to be one of the fancy Walmarts that's trying to have staged areas like Target or a home store. It was nice and clean and easy to find items.

There was a young lady there she has been there only 2 days but she helped me out a whole lot her name was Moni, best shopping experience in a long time.

Well staffed. Associates are always helpful. Well stocked. Had everything I needed. Clean store & carts. A pleasant experience - even on a Saturday. They open up new cashiers when it gets 3 deep. NICE store

They have it all and it wasn't crowded.

Real confusing as of late. But I'm sure they will get it together or we will get used to new arrangements. Right. Have no choice.

Very clean but not enough cashier on registers and self checkout was so packed

Crowded & busy but easy to navigate through the store to get what I needed. Staff friendly, especially in deli area where I had a short wait. However even with the wait, always knew employee was aware of my presence. Also had short wait at checkout due to cashier being too young to scan my alcohol purchase. All in all not a bad experience blto be able to get everything you need in one stop.

Late night shopping, less people. Workers are great. Usually time for self check-out, but they offered to check us out. It was great!!

The staff at this store are always kind. Always quick to help. And they keep their store nicely clean as well.

This walmart is Amazing ! Way cleaner and better staff then portage , has alot of things my local walmart does not, my teenager even said mom I love Monticello walmart! . The pharmacy staff is also very helpful and kind!

I went to this Walmart while staying in the area for business. It is much nicer than the ones from around my area. The deli was spotless and the whole store was clean. They had a good variety that I just don't see in North Georgia.
