Chelsey Caldwell MD

Dr. Caldwell used to be located 10 minutes from us, but then she moved an hour away. She's so amazing that we now drive to see her. She is extremely thorough, caring and kind. I personally feel like she saved my child's life during the beginning of COVID, when my daughter spiked a 106 fever and we had no clue what was going on. She ended up having a rare bacterial infection and the only way to have found out was a stool sample. Any other doctor (and we were in the emergency room and walk in clinic) dismissed my daughter's symptoms as viral and sent her home. Dr. Caldwell went above and beyond, even sending us msgs well into the evening. I am so grateful for her.

Dr. Caldwell is amazing! She doesn’t rush you and is very thorough when she talks with you and answers all questions you have. She’s sweet with the children and very personable. I’m happy I stumbled across her.

The staff and Dr. Caldwell are always very kind and I trust them. Dr. Caldwell is never judgemental and is supportive. We get appointments easily, too.

Love the staff and Chelsey Caldwell! They are always pleasant and have always addressed any questions or concerns I have had with my son.

Love the staff and Angie the nurse practitioner. Met with Dr. Caldwell a couple times and like her also.

Had good experiences here, nurses are very nice but I HATEtrying to call the office if I have any questions. The hoops you have to jump through just to get put through to talk to your actual Dr.'s office are ridiculous. Save yourself the time and frustration; just email the office directly.

I give them a 3 because the staff is awesome with kids, we've been with the office for 2 years. They understand they are kids and have mood swings that being said i do not like that they have no consideration of the patient nor parents time. Sometimes you are in and out and others your there for a hour waiting for the dr to come in. It would be nice to be able to get in and out within 30 mins of your appointment.

Since doctor Bystricky left it is hard to get an appt. there has not been a steady doctor, my daughter is sick and there is not even a doctor in the office all week. I am very disappointed with this office now the only reason I kept my daughter with this office is because is has a serious medical condition and the nurses know my daughter, so I figured they would still be helpful. I’m really thinking about switching because it does not matter what doctor takes Bystrickys place they will never compare.

If i could give no stars i would. Nurses are horrible with their snarky comments on my kids and trying to make me and the father feel bad. Can never get an appointment cause she never in....Chelsey would sit their and say everything is fine but goes behind my back and calls DCS on me for neglect and abuse...WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER AT ALL!
