Budget Blinds of the Mid-Willamette Valley

I ordered a retractable screen for a patio swing out door. I have had phantom screens before and this screen does not require a bottom track - I really like it.
They were prompt in making appointment, prompt showing up for appointment and AWESOME at install - polite and clean and professional. I had a 2nd bid for a traditional retractable screen and they were consistent in keeping in touch to see if I had the bid (took 2 weeks to get - forget them). I definitely recommend them

I love our blinds. Great price and they look as good today as they did the day they were installed, 3 years ago. Should I need more blinds you can count on my business.

Reasonable price for large blind. On time, and well done.

My blinds were installed backwards and it took a little digging and a couple calls for me to understand what was going on. Once they were properly turned around, the blinds for the sliding door did not fit the two doors properly. Budget Blinds worked with me and re-ordered new blinds. It took a while, but everything has been sorted out to our satisfaction. Priscilla wants satisfied customers and genuinely seems to care about them.

No stars.... Telling a customer they ordered wrong really ?? Wanted a certain blind, made it clear bottom to top I guess they call it "Upgrade" yet failed to tell us. Installer 3 hours late, installs the blinds that are not what to wanted only to be told if I wanted what I wanted it would tack another 700$ to my order. I WAS Livid still am. They fought me tooth and nail until I came up with a mediocre solution that they jumped on. I will tell anyone who wants to consider them DO NOT do it !! they care nothing about customer service, only about being "right". Where was undercover Boss when I needed him...

Called to schedule a consult and they asked for my vaccination status. I nicely asked why is that necessary? Then, without giving any other options, i.e. virtual they hung up on me. Wow!
