One of the best Hotels in Karuma along Kampala - Gulu Highway as you enter Karuma Town from Kampala direction. The environment is so cool 😎 😍 Lovely and so natural. Good customer care . The place has quality services at high class prices. Good rooms. Accessible with ample parking space. Gardens available here to make you relax 😌.

Very beautiful ❤ environment

I gave this place five stars because of outstanding service. The hot water in our room didn’t work but the staff graciously allowed us to use a different room’s shower. They even got up at 5:00 A.M to cook us an early breakfast. In general the staff seek to be as hospitable as possible.

I had a great time with family and friends in the hotel and stayed for a month but the ambiance was so great. The food was so delicious and I can't forget chef Jackie and Rogers who prepared our meals. We had a quick drop at karuma falls which is unforgettable.

Fantastically friendly service. Clean rooms with everything you need and working showers. Even provided a fan on request. Restuarant was excellent but slow so put in your dinner order upon check-in. Great breakfast. Can't understand the bad reviews. Cost 200000 for double room. No better stay in town. Maybe Mount Zion someday but they were not really ready for guests at Christmas 2017.

A good place and good break from the long trail to the northern region of the country, good stuff and excellent customer care. I always find happiness each time I stay at this place. As a frequent traveler you need to be in charge of your needs and experiences and that’s what Karuma Travellers hotel offer you. They listen to customer needs very well and they finds ways always to satisfy you.

Great place..good while travelling and looking for where to spend a night without getting completely off the road.

But mobike communication is a challenge due to week teleco signal in the area.

A very nice and clean place... So beautiful environment and the staff are wow... Just a tip... Don't hesitate to drop by.. And we were cought up by time and dint want to drive at night... But we had some great time here... Though don't forget to carry your repellant lots of mosquitos there

This is an excellent place to stay the night while traveling to or from Kampala. I have been here 4 times now, and with no complaints!
