Great place - relatively quiet, very clean, reasonable pricing, menu with variety, friendly staff, convenient location. The salad was delicious, latte good, but ice cream a bit disappointing - it was basically melt when it was served. Overall it’s a great cafe to work/study or catch up with friends. The ambience is rather nice, definitely one of the best in Kampala

Fast service, friendly waiting staff, and delicious fresh food. I had a chicken shawarma with salad and a carrot orange freshly squeezed juice, and it was all superb. The prices are also quite reasonable.

No words to explain the food. Just visit. You will understand what am failing to explain.

Brilliant place, comfortable seats, friendly, welcoming and ready to serve you waitresses and waiters. The ambience is good. They offer delicious meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner. An evening cocktail with friends can be a worthwhile moment for you. The place attracts trendy and elite people.

It was my first time since it was opened, but the most outstanding thing about it was my waiter Felix. His service was impeccable, extremely professional and on time. There food was excellent and the place is easily located by total station alongside munyonyo, Wavamunno.

They have lovely delicacies. If you have a sweet tooth, this is your hangout spot.

We always just end up in caffeserie for some reason maybe a safe option knowing the menu and the food , few weeks ago I thought I’m gonna be brave and just go to caramel which is next to it since I wanted good coffee and was missing starbucks, ended up in caramel , friendly staff , clean , and the food people were eating looked very tempting instead of coffee we ended up ordering tid bits coffee noodles nuggets ice cream , soup , everything was well presented and honestly very tasty , while leaving we picked muffins for the kids and since that day I’ve ended up ordering chocolate muffins every second day for the kids and now when at the mall I end up at caramel . Worth a try .

This place looks Brilliant both day and night! Limited options for Vegans but those options are worth every penny! It’s got nice Pastries and Different Variety of ice creams!

The espresso was delicious, and it came with sparkling water ( as it should)!

Beat icecream I've tasted in a while...aesthetic ambiance..very clean...Very good and friendly icecream. The breadshop is very kind and hospitable...I really loved it there..The meal experience was top notch 😍Hope to come back again every week 😀

The ambience is just amazing. The lightning is warm and the plants and flowers in the cafe complement each other well. The staff are so friendly. There's a very good access for the physically challenged citizens. The breakfast we had was sumptuous and well prepared. Great place to meet and greet as one has a coffee.

NB: The early birds get the freshly baked muffins. And trust me, they are so delicious.
