I booked for with a free cancelation but I tried to cancel after the cancellation time. The hotel was super nice and helpful in cancelling the reservation without fees. Perfect English communication over the phone. Though I haven't been there, but the professionalism make me looking forward to stay there when I make it to Kampala.

A great place to spend as you transact business in Kampala. Great meals, Clean well lit rooms good ambience, and customer service. Hot water from solar available all time.

The general hygiene is so good and the environment is so cool and the service and welfare is pleasant , those that have picnic or aday out you can try it out

Great staff and very friendly. There is no bar at the Scroll Inn so it is a nice quiet hotel with very friendly staff who are happy to assist and answer questions. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel
