The management need everyone to start from nursery learning management otherwise their services delivery would be just fine, and for poor management ranging from communication skills, they deserve negative ratings if it was there, but doctors are professionals and can execute their job well

Customer Service could be way better, called with a medical emergency to ask for an ENT Specialist and the person answering was quite rude and giving very blunt responses, I expected better from Aga Khan.

The worst clinic I have ever seen in Kampala. I called a specialist doctor to have an appointment thinking that it is a branch of the renowned Aga khan Hospital. What I have witnessed was just the complete opposite. The doctor gave me an appointment to come at 9 am the next day. I went on my appointment, but the doctor was no where to be seen. I talked to the Receptionist and she told us to wait or we can go and she will call us back. We went for few hours and she didn’t call, so we went back to the clinic again. She told us the Doctor is back but he is busy. Now the time is almost mid day. We waited until 2 pm, but no one seems to care about our situation. I tried to explain to the receptionist so many times but she was only laughing and no reply. At last we left without seeing any doctor. This is a shame. I wondered, is it really Aga Khan Hospital or these guys are joking ?
Everyone at the waiting room was there for hours and you can see the frustration from each patient.
I am wondering why the parent company, Aga Khan Hospital, is not monitoring its branches ? These people are spoiling the name of this reputable hospital. Both the Doctors and the staff are responsible for this shameful act.
As for me, I will never again visit that clinic and I would never recommend anyone to go there.
