Airport Terminal 1

Truly an international airport. Clear signs for everything. The check in process was smooth so was security and immigration. Lots of food options to eat. Good big food court. The duty free shop is really good and lots of choices for everything. The bathrooms were clean. Good security. Good personnel to help you with everything. The staff is very helpful. Smoking in limited areas of departure.

Want to thank immigration officer Aisha for her great provided service, she was so lovely,courteous and always smiling. We never expected that,as all woman ladies immigration officers never smiles. We were passing immigration stand with wheelchair and it’s amazing that she showed her courtesy to us. Never happened before in same airport. She showed great service and respect! Thanks to Aisha for her beautiful smile!

Old airport but Ok.... Just need to increase booths for boarding rest are fine

Beautiful Airport. Best services. Comfortable transit stay areas and food points. Glamorous shops for viewing culture and heritage. Lifetime experience. Travel assistance service is also praiseworthy. Excellent place for connecting flights

Short time parking is available starting from AED5. We can enter to the parking zone. Gate barrier is there. If we press the button we will get the paper token. Camera will catch the vehicle details also.

We can pick up guest from there. Parking space is also available here. After pick up we can move to the pay zone. Dedicated parking space is available near pay zone to do the payment.

After payment we can exit the parking area. Camera will detect out vehicle and it will open automatically if payment done.

No rush. Easy access.

I arrived in Dubai during the rapid test phase, the process was super smooth, just in half an hour we were done with PCR test and immigration. Superb services and very beautiful airport.

Very good airport
But dnata visa cancelation and ticket counter always no staff they are rounding outside and not well service visitor's should be wait much time for staff

There are not many people in the morning at 6:30 and there was no queue for check-in for my flight. Of course, the staff each in their own places. Lots of shops. Feeling like a mall))

Dxb immigration is smart now. Just take off your mask. Scan the passport front page, which has your photo. Once it recognises your name and data. Scan the Boarding pass page which has QR code. Thats it.. gates will open and you can proceed further. If it doesn't work for you, just go to manual immigration counter.

A very big thank you to Mr Alauddin Talukdar who works at terminal 1. He was able to modify our plane tickets for France while the offices of the Lufthansa airline were closed.
