We reached 30min before boarding time and were told the bus wasn't coming and they had wanted us to board another bus (totally different company) much earlier (1½ hrs before boarding time). The negative reviews here are all quite true. Also they don't offer refunds on their mess-up. Worst bus company ever.

Do not go with this bus for anything. Made me wait in their smelly waiting area in Nairobi for close to 3 hours with my kids having to sleep on their broken metallic waiting seats. Bus for 8pm left at 11pm. The staff run away leaving passengers helpless.

Their services suck the buses are never on time and they don’t do anything about it
The customer care is poor
They are the poorest bus service you can get in Kenya or Uganda their services suck
Imagine booking a bus for departure at 4pm and it arrives at 2am
Then they leave you stranded at Busia border point
They have failed in this bus service
