Romantik Spa Hotelʹ

Very nice to see such kind of service developing in Ukraine! It was my first time experience having All-inclusive service in Ukraine and it was totally satisfying!!! I understand this location is more oriented for winter time, but I have to mention there are 2 kind of things to understand if you visiting it in summer - most of rooms do not have air conditioning, and location is very close to railway road, so far, at night it can be quite noisy, if you leave windows open (and you have to, as long as there is no air conditioning)... beside this the food is amazing, the service is great, so I give it 5 star from me anyway!

Very nice hotel. I was visiting it a year ago and it had minor drawbacks, but it looks like they're almost completely gone. Room service does a great job, phones work, bike rent is awesome, great restaurant, very exquisite cuisines, I just love Ukraininan kitchen! SPA center is mind blowing, had loads of fun there, music is nice. I was spending most of my evening enjoying the view on the balcony with a glass of wine, breathing the mountain air. `Will surely come back next year when I'll visit Ukraine again.

probably the best hotel in the best location in Ukraine. it had some wifi problems (lack of signal) on upper level floors but I advised staff. it is 4 star rated but considering the quality of Ukrainian stars I think it deserves 5.

This is definitely a 5 star hotel with excellent service, their group accommodation for the week was really amazing. The rooms, the spa, the friendly management and especially the manager Vita she's truly an amazing person. I can't wait to be back!!!

I have visited many hotels around the world, but can say that visiting this hotel was still impressive. Staff service is unbeatable, food is delicious. This hotel is truly Amazing and I would definitely recommend Romantik Spa Hotel.

If you want go to the waterfall and has a relaxing time there without hesitation taking this excellent hotel and the staff treated them very nicely
