Well this is a very good hotel. I stayed there for a week and everything was great. The standard room is very decent, the food in both restaurants is good too. The service deserves a separate compliment... it is perfect - absolutely everyone was nice and helpful. The only small drawback there was price for the massage in that Studio in the SPA area... it is way too expensive and even theoretically I doubt that any of these massages 💆‍♂is worth it's money.

Quite expensive hotel but you get what you pay for! Service and staff were excellent, knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are lovely and modern with all expected features, ours had a terrific bath and a nice balcony.

The restaurant could do with a little attention though, decor and furniture needs an update. The pool and spa are really nice, one steam room, two saunas and some quiet chill out rooms, plus kids pool and adult pool.

We visited in summer so had to drive a little to get to the centre, but I understand in winter there is a ski lift directly next to the hotel.

This was our second stay in Radisson Blu Resort Bukovel, and it was awesome.
The first time we visited the hotel as it was the perfect location for snowboarding: good lockers to store equipment, the slope is near the hotel, various things to recover and to relax after busy days on slopes. The view from a room was outstanding (non-slope view; the music on the slope can disturb you). Moreover, I was "lucky" to break my leg, and still, it was comfortable to enjoy the hotel. The downside was that we had traveled by plain (without a car), we were able to find crutches only in the center, and it is so far away for the person with a broken leg))) Actually, the center is 10 minutes walk on foot by slope / 1 minute on snowboard by slope / 30 minutes walk by road / <5 minutes by car. Restaurants are pretty expensive, but it was very worth it.
The second stay was for the celebration of our 10th anniversary. And it was awesome. I recommend a romantic dinner for a couple! The one thing to highlight is that the price was specified for "a piece" which means "per person". This is unclear from the description on the site, and it will be good to clarify this. The SPA is limited due to COVID, but we had enough time to enjoy it. Also, many thanks for the sweet present for our anniversary! However, there were also things to improve. We didn't like the first room as it was small, with a view on the roof and some technical building, nothing like in the description on the site. But we asked to move and were provided with a room with a stunning view of Bukovel. No complaints, but be ready that some rooms are not as Radisson promises. Some staff are under-qualified: we felt that they are students who don't care and are too busy to spend additional seconds with you. 2-3 star hotel is a better fit for such behavior. Cocktails in the lobby are awful for any price (we tried four different and decided that it better to drink hot wine somewhere else; one year ago, they were great).
Overall, this is the place to return.

Nice hotel, amazing view from your room. The rooms are clean and quite. On the -1 floor you can find swimming pool and sauna (I believe there are 4 different types of sauna). Just remember the pool opens at 9am but the sauna at 11am

Exceptional level of service !! Real five stars !! Excellent cleanliness !! Beautiful and spacious rooms! We stayed at a hotel of a group of 50 people, and received excellent service from the manager Stanislav. He was dedicated and efficient throughout, taking care of all our needs at the hotel, and outside the hotel helped us with anything we needed.

As a couple we will definitely give it all 5 stars. It was our first time in Bukovel and we aimed for the best hotel available. It proved to be the right choice. The hotel offers vast variety of services - 24/7 lobby bar with drinks and snacks; stunning Spa center with a spacious pool and all kinds of saunas, massage rooms, fitness room etc.; a dedicated room for smokers near the lobby where you can either sit down and smoke your cigarette or order a hookah or a nice cigar with branded whisky. There are 2 restaurants one of which works till 1 AM. Whatever room you are going to choose, you better have breakfast included - my wife loved it but I'd give it 4 stars only.
Rooms are spacious and lovely, clean as well. You will receive a reminder to clean the room on your TV screen should you at skip room-cleaning at least one day. And what you will love the most is the mountain view! Step out on the terrace and will get a beautiful and tranquilizing picture.
Ohh, and of course you have a free parking but you will still need to use your feet in order to get to your car once you need it, just a little bit of walking. And the hotel has it's own access to the ski slope, so it's a great location for the skiers for sure.

This is an excellent hotel. Front desk staff are always available to assist the guest; housekeeping keep my stay very pleasant by asking if I needed extra coffee, besides doing a great job keeping the rooms and facility in great condition.

Breakfast is always delicious and they make yummy omelette, properly made!!!. Swimming pool is very nice as well as the exercise room, both areas provided towels and shower areas are impeccable clean.

Security is very good without annoying hotel guess. Some male guest around the swimming pool were really annoying by drinking and thinking they own the area.

Hotel has beautiful view and have direct access to Bukovel ski slopes. I will provide video and pictures.

Fantastic hotel. Very western (such as heated bathroom floors) with a Ukrainian flavor. Every member of the staff speaks English. The prices for the drinks, food, and some of the other items like toiletries and clothes are a touch on the high side for Ukraine, but that's the same at any resort (but still lower than western resorts). I came during the off season, and it was incredible... many of the hotel attractions aren't available, but they look great. I loved the hotel and the incredibly professional staff. Very central, but not "in the middle" of everything. Again... Professional staff, great rooms and building, everyone bends over backwards to make sure you're comfortable, very central, and simply wonderful. Overall, I am generally a Hilton guy, but I definitely recommend Radisson Blu! I'm still in the middle of my stay so I'll add more pictures as I take them!

5 star, no worries. The room is perfect, personal is amazing, service is high quality. Definitely is a right place to come back with a family and stay more! A bit far from Bukovel center, bit no problem if you like to walk - 10 minutes hiking and you're there. Or taxi always available.

Very nice hotel, the best in Bukovel and one of the best in Ukraine. Causy rooms, nice amenities, very well planned and designed facilities. Slope access directly from hotel, like in top resorts in St Mauritz. Some reception workers need training in servicing, but this is a general problem for entire Ukraine, so one can forgive it. Definitely plan to return, as beside the hotel itself I see improvement in the resort quality itself, so it nice to visit Bukovel again and again.

Unforgettable experience of extremely high hotel services during our short skiing holidays! Nice food, top location - right on the slope, outstanding staff, cosy spa with mountain view outside-everything is just perfect!

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel location is great, close to 7 ski run. The stuff is nice and friendly, rooms are comfortable and we had a gopd view. They have ski school, lockers for a ski equipment and spa.

High end, and while expensive, the prices are not extortionate. We paid significantly less than the going rate for a smaller room in Kyiv. The rooms are clean, and furnished with high quality items. We stayed in a "slope view" room, which had a veranda that literally overlooked the directly adjacent beginner to intermediate ski slope. Hotel has a ski room with access from inside, and provides a ski locker for gear storage.

There is a ski rental shop that also sells chairlift passes that is inside the same building, and prices are reasonable (or downright cheap compared with the Interlaken or Aspen).

The hotel also includes a free breakfast buffet with the room, as well as free WiFi, 24h gym that is relatively well equipped, pool, and four different saunas. Everything was clean and well equipped.

The ski slope is a 30 second walk from the hotel, and expert level slopes are a short drive away. The hotel staff are multilingual (I heard them communicating in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Czech, and Polish).

A truly 5 star hotel, with excellent service and facilities. Spa area is outstanding, super clean and safe. It sits next to one fo the ski slopes, you can go right on the slope from the hotel.

Probably the best hotel in Bukovel. Even cheapest rooms are very big, have nice bathtub + separated shower. They serve very tasty breakfast, there are nice swimming pool and saunas (unlimited entrance included in the price). Both hotel restaurants are good too. Hotel is right on the ski slope. Good service in general. Sometimes too many kids run around :)

Despite some failures, like rude and unhelpful staff this place is very good. Hotel is in the beautiful Carpathian Mountains. Ski in ski out. Had parking and big spa. Rooms designed well and bathroom has a view )

Great place at Carpathian mountains to have a rest with a family or beloved ones. Cozy rooms and picturesque views from all the balconies create a peaceful and relaxing mood. Happy to come back here every time.
