Best place in City if you like sweets. Sweets are tasty and original, interiors are gorgeous. Staff is ok (don't forget that it is one of the most popular places in City so people traffic is heavy). Prices are moderate. "Uzhgorodskiy" cake is a must to try as it is one of iconic City cakes.

The cakes and sweets are fantastic. The place is beautiful, the toilet is excellent (what is important in Ukraine), and they do speak some English.
