I had 4 nights here with my wife and frankly speaking they are the best. Just around city center. Room service was very kind and available 24/7. The environment was very clean not to mention their breakfast was superb! Gracias hotel Charity. Gran trabajo y feliz año nuevo👍🏽

We were surprised by the quality of the room, we only stayed one night before heading to Safari but it was the perfect hotel for a great night's sleep before heading out.

It's a good quiet place slightly away from the CBD .. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is soothing. I'd recommend

Though the hotel is slightly old, they are well maintained and the staff are exceptionally good and if somethig is wrong they get it fixed immediately. They were very accomodating during our initial stay. But later in our stay when one of us fell sick they were extremely helpful and flexible as our plans kept changing based on our friends health. Specially Muaje at the reception. She was very helpful. Thank you again very much to the entire staff!

Had a great stay at the Charity Hotel.

The building itself is immaculately put together with nice hard wood floors, banisters and stairways. The room was very large and clean, with a nice king bed, sitting area with 3 couches, the bathroom had both a shower and separate soaking tub.

All the staff were very nice. The restaurant served up complimentary breakfast in the morning, and also made us up dinner fresh on request after our arrival.

The Charity Hotel... Awwwwwwh❤ what a great place to stay👌🏼. At first on the dusty road to the hotel I felt chills and almost got a 2nd thought about our stay. But reaching the hotel my dreams once again came to reality. The staff are awesome. They welcomed us with a warm smile after a long journey.
The rooms are spacious and extremely neat and clean... Very quiet place out of the city noise and chaos.
The bathrooms with hot water was a plus for me. The breakfast is also a credit with a variety of foods. And now the beautiful ever green gardens 🥰..They helped with laundry, that was so kind of the staff. I wouldn't mind choosing you again on my next visit.

This is a great budget stay. It has a convenient location in Sakina not far from the main highway but nevertheless was quiet. We slept well. The staff was prompt to help out and was courteous. They served a nice full breakfast. Hudson was extremely timely in responding to questions and requests and took care of our every need. Also the grounds are beautiful. We recommend this if you want a nice budget stay in town.

Wonderful place to stay. Not with things like room service, just the basics that are needed; clean bed, economic prices, with on site security so you can always feel safe.

We had a really nice stay at the Charity hotel, the service was outstanding. The manager is extremely professional and very helpful. All the staff was carrying and so kind.

Pleasant hotel - with big rooms, friendly and helpful staff. There is also nice and well maintained garden with beautiful palms and trees. Very spacious parking lot.

Very nice Hotel. Big Roms, good Service, you can enjoy a drink in the nice garden they have. It was the first place we stayed when we arrived to Tanzania. We had there dinner too, very tasty local dishes. Hotel is mainly for western tourists and is according western standards. Outside of the hotel you see the real Arusha and real Africa.

A beautiful property with well-kept gardens outside - and inside - beautiful, classic wood windows, paneling and trim!
