Loved the peaceful aura, very professional staff, and don't get me started on breakfast! It was all so lovely.

Rooms and everything is great

Eine einfache aber sehr schöne Anlage mit 10 Zimmern in der Nähe des Arusha Nationalparks. Sehr nettes Personal, hervorragendes Essen, schöne und großzügige Zimmer. Was will man mehr? Diese Anlage mit drei Sternen war die einzige Ausnahme von den Platinum-Unterkünften des Reiseveranstalters Tansania Spezialist bei unserer zehntägigen Safari und nur deswegen, weil die Luxushotels in Arusha bereits ausgebucht waren. Sehr gut für uns, weil wir hier den besten Koch in Tansania kennenlernen durfen. Mein Vorschlag: Der Koch und das Hotel sollten gemeinsam eine Kochschule für die Köche der Luxushotels gründen 😉

Die Zimmer und die Unterkunft generell waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Empfang und der Umgang mit den Gäste war überdurchschnittlich freundlich, bis es zur Bezahlung ging. Hier wurde mehrfach versucht ein falscher Preis durch unrealistische Umrechnungskurse und falschen Berechnungen der Services wie Wäsche waschen oder gekaufte Getränke zu generieren.
Nach der Zahlung war die Freundlichkeit vorbei und es gab nichtmals mehr ein Danke oder ein Tschüss.
Für eine Wäscheladung wurden 20 USD berechnet, was ich als sehr viel empfinde. Die Wäsche war nicht rechtzeitig fertig obwohl 3 Tage Zeit waren.

Vorsicht bei der Zahlung, Preise sollten im Vorfeld abgeklärt werden. Ansonsten schöne Unterkunft und sehr nett gemacht.
