Four Points by Sheraton Dar es Salaam New Africa

My family occupied two rooms at the hotel on our way back to Canada after 16 days in Africa. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and hospitality. Most of our interactions were with the front desk, concierge and lobby staff -- and they were all fantastic -- from arranging to get our laundry done out of hours, to arranging a dinner reservation, to arranging a car for us to go to dinner and to see some sights the following day. No request was too big or too small. The service here was far better than many hotels we've stayed at, and provides without any "attitude" whatsoever. They are excellent ambassadors for their city and for the Marriott Bonvoy program.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the rooms well-appointed and very comfortable.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can't fake this kind of service with a smile. Well done.

I had an excellent stay while visiting dar es salaam at Four Points. Especially the chefs with courtesy behavior and amazing service orientation.

Was at the Conference Room on the 7th Floor, and the experience was great. Good sound system as the speaker was very audible throughout the whole room. Breakfast options were good as well. Was also at the swimming area but not for swimming, unfortunately 😅, we went there for an event and it was a magnificent area, enjoyed some drinks and treats, definitely a great occasion.

The Buffet here is one of the best I have seen in Africa. Internet is fast, its close to the Ferries and government office.

I met a gentleman called Augustine Baraza. I just pray I see him again. He made me feel that was home. The smile ,the warmth in his tone. Just know I have to come back. The food or God thanks to the chefs 👨‍🍳

Excellent service, the atmosphere is superb, wrll designed. Loved that the chef came out to ensure the customers enjoy their meal, which ofcourse eas absolutely amazing.
I had the morning breakfast buffet, it was definitely worth the pay. Had the breastfast in the first floor with a beautiful city view right through a large glass window.

The staff there are not as nice, maybe with white person syndrome. They will either ask me to "eat faster as the buffet is closing", bill me higher than price on menu or smirk sideways. Serena hotel have top notch customer service I swear. I only go to 4points for the pudding otherwise BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This was my third Marriott property while in Tanzania/Zanzibar. This is by far the best Marriott property I stayed at during my visit.

Excellent service, delicious food, very comfy bed, great shower… it exceeded my expectations by far, definitely above all the Four Points hotel that I have stayed in.

A very decent 5 star hotel located in the city centre. Staffs are very friendly, the rooms are very clean and not forgetting the delicious food served in their restaurant. I recommend.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. The kitchen staff knows what they are doing. They are so attentive to needs and good with babies. I am so impressed.

Have been here for workshop a few times and the food was great. The chef really knows what a/he is cooking. It’s a bit difficult to navigate inside the hotel, can be confusing at times to locate the restrooms downstairs and kinda feel like you are in a dungeon when enter the toilets. Has a small pool and usually the people who are having meetings in the conference room will come to stand by the pool to have their snacks or tea. Located in city centre side. Great service though.
