MIRACOLO HOSPITAL

First of all, a little background on myself.
I am a 65-year-old Caucasian American who retired from nursing after 35 years of service. Unfortunately, I do not speak Swahili. I am staying in Tabata Segarea with my very good Tanzanian friend who is bilingual.
All this to say, I had the opportunity to be treated at a small local hospital, Miracolo Hospital. I was very ill when I went through their doors.
Long story short, from the very start I was treated quickly with appropriate tests run and made very comfortable. There was no question about what was being done because all questions were answered professionally and thoroughly either directly or through my friend.
After the diagnosis of Septicemia, I was admitted to the ward.
I stayed on the ward closely monitored by staff and doctors. My b/p was erradic due to the strong meds for the kidney infection. It was rough the 3 days inpatient.
I was thoroughly impressed by the attentiveness and ability of the staff to recognize changes in my condition as well as make me comfortable.
I could honestly, through first-hand experience, give a 10 out of 10 to ALL of the staff.....housekeeping, reception, nurses, physicians and last but not least, Dr Anna, the Owner and CEO of this wonderful establishment. CONGRATULATIONS!!
