Worst customer service experience with a branch with digital aid, waited for 2hours for a simple card retention no explanation, unavailable assistance and overall dark mood from service providers. Could improve for such a reputable institution wouldn’t recommend to bank there

Poor service at customer care desktop, had a incident with this bank a couple of months ago, their response was poor and slow with multiple unfruitful visits. Avoid this branch if you can

Poor services and the atm doesn’t give money it cancels it and deducts the money from my account so I have to go to the branch for help where they still waste yo time while it’s my money…,crazy bank services like fraud or what..,I regret the whole situation…,Too Local and Disappointing for a poor Tanzanian like me!!!!
