My airport experience was exceptionally smooth and efficient, with a seamless check-in process and a welcoming, airy terminal. The staff stood out for their friendliness and professionalism. However more variety of duty-free shops and restaurants would be ideal . Overall, the combination of efficient operations, attentive staff, and ample amenities made my experience very positive.

It's an amazing world class airport with all the facilities you need to make your travel experience better. Loads of shops, restaurants and toilet facilities.
The best thing about the airport is that you don't get hassled but anyone.
The car park is also very safe and free unlike quite a few african airports were people gather around the arrivals area and car park which can sometimes be kinda intimidating.

Was a nice experience
Very clean place though abit warm over 34°c. Very organized, customer care is good. Though language mostly is Swahiri.

JNI is a world class airport. Very clean terminals and cooperative staff. Not crowded and all facilities working. I found it to be pleasant.

Julius international Airport of Daare es Salaam is near to Port. People are very cooperative. I was on business trip. To check first Yellow fever card, Corona Vaccination certificate then allow for Visa.
Airport Authority is very decent and properly coordinate passengers.
Very neat and cleanly maintained a Airport.
Nobody ask money here even Visa charges has to pay first bank.
Outside of Airport very open and parking place.

The new terminal has given the airport a great facelift. It is very spacious with a lot of facilities like duty free shops, eateries and bureau areas. The staff are extremely helpful and fast. The cleanliness inside the waiting lounge is excellent. Absolutely enjoyed everything. Had a smooth experience.

Beautiful International Airport.Oprations & Immigration People was very nice guys. And Custom department also very helpful.
Overall new built International airport is good. Flight traffic not too much. Just one flight come and all passengers are pass out of airport just like I feel it... Front of airport beautiful location..........I travel first time India to Tanzania trip it's was amazing..........Love it & love you Tanzania

Amazing airport team help us to check in ontime, because we had 10 bags. Immigration officials a very friendly and good costumer care. Our drive ally was amazing show us a lot of beautiful places

Good tourist place to visit Tanzania.

Terminal 3 is up to international standards, restrooms are squeaky clean , lounge area is nice, restaurants serve good food and drinks. several forex bureaus , banks , ATMs, free WI-FI. In case of accomodations there's FQ Hotel it's a $50 a night or 100,000 TShs , motel is only Hundred yards from the airport.

The only airport made to the EN standards in EA. Cleanest, easy to get around. Strict systems.

Free shower! In the airside, between gates C3 and C4, next to the toilet cubicles. You need your own shampoo/gel and towel.

Not crowded as it was. The idea of expansion was great.
Always clean and smart. One of the best airports in the world's standards.

Currently have terminal 3 the best terminal in Tanzania. The terminal serves international airlines, have equipped modern services such as currency exchange services, cafes (Pepsi), inspection desk, scanning services, camera e.t.c
