Okay, I am really disappointed with customer service at this branch. I leave nearby and have been a customer for more than 3 yrs.

This Lady Esta as a secretary has always pretend Busy all the time too slow to complete the tasks and wants to do multiple task at once. Serving 7 customers at once while other workers on the chair.

She provided me with wrong information that i can use my new card while its not yet activated. I deposited my cash without knowing that the card isn't working yet.

I let my friend waiting for the payment abroad for so long because of just one silly mistake.
