Karibu Heritage House

This is an excellent place to stay before or after a safari.
All the staff were super helpful and we enjoyed the scrambeled eggs each morning for breakfast.
For the price l would highly reccomend Karibu heritage house.

Excellent hotel to stay! I was staying there for my Kilimanjaro trekking and also for the safari tour. They have they very friendly staff (I think staff's friendliness and helpfulness are very important things that we need to have when we are at overseas) and the facility was sufficiently good enough without any difficulties to use. The bed was clean and the breakfast is nice as well as the dinner menu, simple yet delicious and on point! The location is great as you can go to pharmacies, 2 supermarkets right across the street and I loved their cashew nuts, which are highly sought after (at the supermarkets!).

Great rooms with great beds and a lovely balcony. The showers in the bathrooms might take a while to warm up, but once it is warm it became one of the best showers in the whole of Tanzania.

Breakfast is okay and the kitchen overall might be a little bit better. But it was alright!

Karibu heritage is a great accommodation for anyone, be it family or couple. The environment is quiet, kid-friendly and also nature surrounded. Rooms were clean, breakfast served was delicious. The best part about this hotel is their staff, very friendly and welcoming people.

The place is perfect to arrive to Arusha before a safari, and also to come back after it. It is quiet and relaxing, we stayed here thanks to our safari agent Humphrey from Cubs Expeditions, and we couldn't be happier. The staff from the reception up to dining room was amazingly kind and helpful, they took good care of everything we asked and needed. Rooms are spacious and have everything we needed (we stayed in 2 different rooms), like a super comfortable bed, good hot shower, tv, sofas and a little table, and even a mini fridge. The hotel also has a gorgeous garden with a pool. Internet works perfectly in every place of the entire hotel.

Room was great with mosquito nets, we were offered the option for a double bed when initially booked for a twin (as in the site was the only available). Dinner and breakfast were tasty. Monkeys around the trees and garden but not causing any nuisance to the guests. STAFF is super caring specially reception staff, they will go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and are very helpful, they wouldn't be out of place on a 5star hotel.

We stayed in Karibu Heritage House three nights in total before, between and after our hike and safari. It was our tour operator that chose this hotel, and so glad they did it! For a budget hotel, the room has everything you need and more, and the hotel staff is extremely friendly and available. It is located in a quiet area with a nice garden and swimming pool. You can always take a taxi if you wish to visit downtown, or there is a restaurant in the hotel reasonably priced if you prefer to stay there in the evenings.

We only spent one night here, before taking out flight to Zanzibar.
The hotel is perfect. Clean and modern rooms. Free WiFi, which is very fast. A nice garden with a pool. Friendly staff.

We can recommend this location totally, even for a longer stay!

We stayed here 3 nights , Sifael has been an amazing host . The food is also delicious , rooms are super confortable , the garden on the back is really lovely with a swimming pool , perfect place to chill and relax after a safari !

The room was great, with nice balcony and beautiful garden. The service was very good and the manager Sifael did everything to feel us very comfortable.

Quiet and tidy, good basic breakfast

The single room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the staff helpful and friendly. I will stay here again when I'm next in Arusha.

This is magnificent lodge in northern safari circuit of Tanzania. Table service was top notch with great hospitality from the Waiter.
