Green Mountain Hotel

This place is a hidden gem , we were greeted with fresh juice and the staff was very welcoming. The restaurant at the hotel was 5 -stars the chef greeted us after our meal and the fish Makange was the best in Tanzania! My family enjoyed every moment & every staff member showed us to much patience & respect. I personally would recommend this hotel for any occasion in Arusha. We are actually planning our next trip now.

I had a fabulous stay at the Green Mountain Hotel. The hot shower and soft bed were very welcome after a dusty safari. I had a business meeting first thing in the morning, the location was perfect. The meals were great and the pool was refreshing.

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Arusha, walkable to the centre in half an hour. Safe, clean and very helpful staff, especially Musha who helped us to set up a local SIM card, gave us instructions of what to see and taught us our first Swahili words.

We stayed in 3 different rooms over three stays and all rooms were very clean, comfortable and beyond our expectations. The laundry service was excellent, fast and a great value. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the variety of options pleased everyone especially eggs cooked to order. The best part of the three stays, by far, was the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to the bell boy were exceptionally kind and helpful. The bellman, Haruna, in particular was a favorite with us all, especially my teenagers. He made us feel welcome and cared for. A fabulous human being!

Our stay was very good.
Our second day they offer us to move to the bigger room without extra charge.

A safe and quiet oasis amidst the colour and chaos of Arusha. Friendly staff, good food, a good base for pre-trek or pre-Safari experience of Tanzania.

I must say that I was impressed by the staff they were all amazing right down to the guards special thanks to Salama the receptionist who really assisted us in the best way possible and Mussa and rest of the staff I say 'hongera kwa kazi bora'. The location is great in comparison to other hotels in Arusha. The rooms were clean and nice.
For the breakfast I must say it is surely 5 star quality. Thank you for making our holiday truly amazing. Looking forward to staying at your lovely place again and definitely recommending to others

Green Mountain Hotel - Arusha
This is a fantastic low-cost hotel. It was peaceful despite being in a good position in Arusha Tanzania  not far from the main highway. We got good rest. The personnel was pleasant and quick to offer assistance. They provided a lovely, hearty breakfast. Hudson attended to all of our needs and always responded to queries and requests promptly. The grounds are also lovely. If you want a pleasant, inexpensive place to stay in town, we suggest here in Arusha city.

Best hotel in Arusha quality service everything is clean. High security, high hygine and sanitation. As a local guide I guided tourist from this hotel all the visitors coun on it.

I went there to visit my clients it is very good and superb place. I love the garden, the swimming pool and the environment in general

I stayed at the Green Mountain Hotel the night after summiting Mt. Meru and had such a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were very accommodating of every need: from quick next morning laundry service, 24-hr kitchen, and even deep tissue massage services offered the night of our arrival. Musa was an all-star staff member who quickly resolved a critical departure day emergency with grace. I am so grateful for the excellent hospitality and service—this is a gem in Arusha.

Green Mountain Hotel is a nice boutique style hotel in Arusha with beautiful ambiance and good and clean rooms. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Nice rooms with hot water running through out and fresh amenities. A friendly and helpful manager as well. There is a nice small swimming pool to chill at and it's clean. Also there is a restaurant with variety of local and continental food options. The food is a little overpriced considering the quantity/portion but the overall stay experience was amazing. There isnindoor sitting as well as outdoor sitting at the restaurant area. They also have laundry services available at the hotel. i would surely go back to this hotel in the near future. Thank you to the green mountain hotel team for making my stay great for few days at your hotel.

Incredible staff: Goodluck, Emmanuel, Harumu, Musa, Allen and all the employees under the direction of Lydia combine to take care of all our hotel and dining needs. Exceptionally clean: we saw three people cleaning the hallways on a Sunday afternoon. White sheets and bedding that's spotless. No bugs. It's reasonably priced and worth every penny. With a tall electric fence and alert security guards, it's very safe.

After years still my favourite place to stay in Arusha! The staff is wonderful, kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The area near and the pool itself are nice spots to hangout and relax. Breakfast contains a variety of dishes, Tanzanian as well as European. I highly recommend to stay here!

I stayed here with 2017 at the end of my Tanzania safari.
The service was AMAZING, the host was so friendly. We were exhausted from our journey and a worker ran out to buy us hair conditioner! I will never forget.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable, the showers hot, the food delicious. I hope in my heart to come back one day. Thank you so much!
