Nice big rooms, pretty good location. Good pool which have some shadow most of the day. Manager is super friendly and helpful. Any problems, they will fix it immediately! I stayed here twice (21 & 22) and will do it again. Recommended.

Impeccable. I found this place suitable with nice accommodation facilities; spacious, neat and well kept rooms. There’s a kitchen for own cooking and a provision to engage one based on mutual agreement. There’s a swimming pool and drinks. Boutique Villa strategically located in a calm neighborhood and close to a number of amenities. I recommend this facility to anyone out there seeking simplicity in a complex world. I am planning to revisit when COVID-19 restrictions ease up in my country.

The hotel is very nice and also silent. The pool gets cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and the manager chichi helps you with ervery prolem.
The clean the rooms everyday.
The towels are changed every second day.
Its a good place to enjoy your holiday.

great place the staff is wonderfull room are clean everyday. If you need anything you just have to ask. The living room is very big also the room. The swimming pool is really clean. very secure and you can ask the staff if you need to moove anywhere.

I stayed 4 weeks in Boutiaue Villas and l really enjoyed the time. In the afternoon l often swam in pool and the rooms are quite good and clean for this price especially if l compare my room with the once in Kenya or in Uganda at the same pricelevel. The manager Hefsiba was very polite and reliable and helped me always when l needed something. For examplebe to organise a trip to Zanzibar. She is always around and with her friendly smile in her face she made me feel home.
