Airport Transit Lodges

Very clean basic rooms. It’s not fancy, but if you have to stay near the airport it’s a great place. The desk clerk was super helpful and courteous. He answered our questions with patience, and a smile. We even ate here as it was too late to go back out. Hot a small load of laundry done by morning, and Our car to the airport came within 10 minutes of our asking time. (We had let him know the night before when we needed a ride.) We would stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel. It's small but the rooms are clean. The bathroom is clean. The service is wonderful. The young man at the front desk was named Khamis and he was very nice and polite which was so helpful after a long day of traveling.

Sevrvice was great. Receptionist was wonderful.
Good WiFi, close to the airport, very clean, AC and fan in the room, complimentary breakfast, no complaints.

Great customer service. Very accommodating. Less than 9 mins to the airport by car, can't beat the proximity. Can watch the planes take off. Some noise from the departing planes, but the not a problem. The occasional plane noise versus 30-45 mins in Dar traffic for "quiet" in another hotel?... It's Transit Lodges for me everytime!

Smart place and the rooms are big. Though the kitchen is small we had good breakfast. The staff are friendly. Free shattle is provided to the airport. However the bathroom shower which next to the toilet wets everything such that after bathing the toilet paper and seat are all wet.

The first thing to note is that they offer an airport shuttle service for pick ups and drop off. The reception was well managed and the staff friendly and helpful. They insist on helping you with your bags and go the extra mile when it comes to your comfort and satisfaction. The air conditioner fitted in dvery room is a must for the heat.

We were super happy to stay at the Airport Transit Lodges, the Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They kindly took care of my Luggage for a week while traveling to Arusha for a Safari.
We could get a late night dinner - we can truly recommend the beef stew - and the breakfast was fine for an early start before heading back to the airport and further an.
Alltogether, we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, very fair prices, staff friendly, rooms are clean and functionally although cozy. Accommodating and offers 24 hour free shuttle service a major plus.

Hotel is just 3-4 min. drive from international airport. New finishing and furniture at the room. Reasonable price for accommodation and food. The owner cares about his guests and staff is really helpful. I can recommend the hotel to spend night for transit passengers.

Close to the airport, complementary shuttle service, clean rooms and friendly staff. They should offer food packs to all guests instead of the complementary breakfast so that all guests can benefit from it regardless of their flight schedule.

Staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate very early breakfast. Booked to be closer to the airport.
