20210308 凌晨一點多

剛剛在店內吃泡麵，整體感受超好👍
雖然有看到位子沒有收起來但在結帳的時候還是問了句「可以內用嗎？」
店員回答「可以，那邊有熱水，我幫你泡吧那邊有點窄」
覺得非常非常貼心！
因為以前在那邊裝水確實覺得不太方便，當然不是非得要人幫忙不可，但他主動提出要幫我裝水覺得很窩心。（不是說一定要幫忙才對，只是感受問題）

另外也因為已經想好要吃韓國辣泡麵怕會流鼻涕就自己準備了衛生紙在口袋，但他在我吃到一半的時候默默幫我送上衛生紙，簡直不能再好了阿！

連續好幾年店員態度差的問題終於改善了，最近這批店員不會再讓人害怕走進這間店。

因為臨時需求，手邊一大堆零錢要換成鈔票，耽誤店員不少時間（客人不多，有另一位店員在結帳），而店員從頭到尾都很客氣的幫忙，沒有一點不耐煩，連我都覺得不好意思，實在很感激，服務態度值得五顆星。

到這家店上千次，今天頭一次遇到男店員李O態度超差，要領包裹時臉臭到不行，我完全沒有囉嗦，只報了手機末3碼、姓氏，店員連回應也沒有，找了錢一句謝謝也沒有，店長夫妻我都見過也都很好，在今天之前的店員也都沒有問題，貴公司需再加強員工訓練。

店員很親切服務態度非常好，可惜夯地瓜感覺不新鮮，好像是烤了很多天沒賣出去再拿出來放，每次買都是外皮又乾又硬，甚至整顆都很乾硬沒辦法咬下去很難吃...

The family mart cashier on this day July 30.2023 at 8:50 am is very rude.he is a guy he always want to stay outside to smoke if you buy he is in hurry because he always want to go back outside to smoke..when I buy 1 cup of coffee I only tell him please put 2 sugar but because he is in hurry he give me 2 cups of coffee and if I insist only 1 cup he will insist you to pay for 2 cups he is so damn rediculous!

2024/3/7 晚上
有一個小孩在櫃檯裡坐著 一個沒穿制服的阿姨在結帳不知道我要的紅茶拿鐵是什麼⋯然後店員上完廁所回來問他他也說不知道是什麼
最後摸了很久才給我結完帳
最後給我的根本不是奶茶我快氣死了！
買個東西體驗很差 有夠難喝！
