You can have a rest, buy some meals, and coffee also souvenirs.
I Suggest you go to the level 2 and try the Hakka Restaurant. Highly recommended for the foods

The new service stop turns out really wonderful. It’s first time I ever visited a public bathroom with toilet seat wasslet! How luxury! The park around it has good views and you will forget you are in the rest area. They have this awesome dog run with dog cafe where pet owner can let the dog run outside while you seat comfortably dine inside. Great seating area design as well. Love this place!!!!!

Very nice rest stop with plenty of parking and super clean modern bathrooms with bidets. Lots of food choices and pleasant outdoor spaces for relaxation. When we visited around 5 pm on 4/8/22 the line for gas was so long I decided to press ahead without filling up. Otherwise a great place to stop northbound. You can even buy fresh produce and cut pineapple here!

This rest area is so nice! Restrooms are plentiful and outside. Inside food options abound and there's a great convenience store. Grade A rest stop!

One of the most modern and well-stocked rest stops I’ve ever been to. The shops are great. The toilet is HUGE.

It's standard well maintained area on Highway 3 but it has a specialty that is something like Cake popcorn(原味爆餅. it only can be bought there. we enjoy it with family.❤

There are a lot of restaurants to choose from. A bit busy during meal hours. Restrooms are nice and clean.

This place is surprising. It's MUCH larger than I expected it to be. They have a decent selection of restaurants and snacks. There is parking for young mothers and people with handicap placards. There is additional handicap parking near lot A and lot B.

However, I love stopping here for the child services. They have good changing stations for infants and fast access to trash and recycling.

Outside there is a little fish pond and a garden. Perfect for a short walk with a fussy baby. There's a little amphitheater near parking lot A and parking lot B. It's great to sit and take a break. In fact, if you aren't buying food, I recommend the smaller restrooms near the amphitheater. You need to drive around the parking loop one time to access it, so there are fewer people. In general there isn't a line there and it's quieter. 127

Around the back is easy access to a petroleum station. Prices are just ok, not competitive.

Pay attention to the signs on your way out or you'll wind up in the wrong lane. The ramps are very short.

The only drawback is the crazy drivers. Every time I've stopped here there's been at least one driver going the wrong way. Merging traffic is kinda rough, but nothing out of ordinary for Taiwan.

Well lit area that made for a safe and convenient stop on the way home. Giant bathrooms with more than enough space, and they were kept very clean. There were also numerous food options even later into the night.
