Great vegan juice bar and restaurant (even for non vegans). Great menu with delicious juices and interesting vegan hamburgers. Two lovely ladies own the place with their cute little dog! Best cafe in Yilan, you must try!

This is the best vegan burger I've tried in Taiwan. The owners were super nice and went above and beyond to be sure we had a nice dinner. If you visit Yilan don't miss this place out even if you're not vegan.

Great find in Yilan. Veggie burgers, juice, homemade banana bread and coffee were all excellent. And the owners are super nice. English and Chinese spoken. Will definitely be back.

Really great food for vegans and gluten free diets. We enjoyed the drinks as well. The staff is super friendly and the place is really cute. Definitely go if you're in the area.

It was a surprise. It's great for getting a vegan burger to eat, but also for juices. The quiche is super tasty, although small. We'll return.

每次來宜蘭，一定會來Canopy吃純素漢堡，兩位老闆娘都是大美女，而且活得非常健康自在，為了不斷創新，幾乎每兩個禮拜就會出一款新漢堡喔！
Every time I go to Yilan County, I will definitely go to Canopy to grab a vegan burger. The two owners are beautiful lady, and they live very healthily. In order to be more innovate, a new burger will be produced almost every two weeks!
