I give 10 stars because they have a Johnsons supermarket on the basement, where you can find a lot of international products (mainly thai, indian, korean, japanese and vietnamese). On the 9th floor there is an all-you-can-eat buffet which is OK but a bit overpriced (around 800nt).

11th floor, Blackpages Cafe in Eslite book store is cozy and lovely. Good spot to stop by for a cup of latte.

THE Sogo mall in Taipei. Large and centrally placed, it has multiple international boutique restaurants, and a huge selection of international upmarket brands for clothing, accessories and cosmetics. Of you're looking to spend a little premium but have very specific tastes, this is likely to be one place where you will find what your are looking for.

A nice place for quick, or malling place with your spouse, or kids. Theres a many stuff to find for kids, men and women for adults, from low to expensive prices are all in here. No worries for food coz there are lots of options to choose to satisfy your apitite☺☺
