Superb experience. Great car, great service. Kudos to the team from pick up to drop off and patience to explain how driving conditions are like in Taiwan. 9days rental worth every penny, be sure to hit on them over line for car rentals

Rented a car for 9 days and the pick up from Taoyuan airport and return was smooth. The car was in a good condition with a mount for mobile phone - useful for gps navigation (google maps).

Prices are competitive and staff explained the insurance policy in detail via messaging app (WhatsApp) prior to booking. Will need to type in mandarin though. Overall good experience and will rent again.

Short listed Shang Mai Tai Yuan for our self drive Taiwan trip as they are one of a few that support red eye flights. Fuss free collection and return process. Customer service is responsive tru WhatsApp. Reasonable price with insurance coverage option too.

The staff is very friendly and easy to discuss about your need. Car is good condition, clean and trouble free. They pick u up from airport and go their shop to collect the car. Only 5 mins drive.

店長十分友善，旅程中間遇上花蓮大地震，他亦有馬上 Whatapps 關心我們情況及提醒注意安全。

回程在高速公路上不幸被細石打裂了擋風玻璃，我們馬上聯絡店長，他亦細心告訴我們處理方法，雖然最後因為玻璃修理費低於保險自負額要全數自掏腰包賠款，但店長隔天也把玻璃修好的照片及單據發給我們讓我們索償自己的旅遊保險。
