台灣潛水 綠島店 Green Island Dive

Had 3-4 days of fun dive with the shop back in April. The stay was good. The instructors are very friendly and professional! They care a lot about safety. Hanged out with the instructors after dives too. Had a great time! Super thanks to 光頭 雨停 and jying! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Can’t wait to come back!! 10/10

This is an exceptionally professional and well-organised dive centre with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. The whole operation is well laid out, the equipment is first-class and everything is run with an emphasis on safety, making sure that each diver gets the best experience possible. Highly recommended! And, don't worry if you don't speak Chinese. They have several fluent English speakers on staff.

it’s a little bit off the main strip, but definitely worth it! scooter / e-scooter is recommended but not totally necessary if you are willing to walk a bit to get your dinner ;-)
if you ask nicely, someone also might give you a lift

the dorm rooms are quite small, but everything is new and it’s super comfy! some of the best dorm beds i ever slept in. facilities are also quite new and always clean. ALWAYS! (unlike other bio-hazards i have seen elsewhere)

i already had my AOW license before coming to green island.
thus - with some comparisons - i can say:

- very good diving guides / instructors: calm attitude and good perception of situations. i feel like they had better awareness of each divers skill and took it into consideration regarding the dive, which is nice.
(compared to other diving schools where they often just throw a bunch of different people into a dive and go though they program / route).

- good equipment: quite new, good shape, fits perfect for the conditions and get firmly cleaned after every dive.

- relatively small diving groups: 2-4 ppl in my case. groups that book together obviously will be in bigger diving groups.

- they bring a professional diving photo camera on almost every dive 📸📸📸

- superb english skills

all in all: 6 out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our experience was truly wonderful. I went with some friends to get the PADI certification, our instructors (Angelo and Weiting) spoke English fluently and were very polite, which made every lesson much more enjoyable. The staff is very patient and they teach every single person according to your own skills.
Definitely recommend this diving school!! Best experience ever!!! 👏🏻👏🏻

I took certification here ! Our teachers Angelo and Weiting are the best !!! They can explain you in details theory, skills and everything. Also if your doing something in wrong way they can guide you to figure out the problem.
I was feeling very safe with them.
If I was to recommend diving school I would definitely recommend this one :)))

Great place to go diving on Green Island! They have friendly instructors and a nice diving shop.

Absolutely wonderful shop and can’t wait to come back!!!! I was a single diver who came to dive during the off season. The shop managed to accommodate me. I did five tanks with the shop (4 boat dives and one shore dive)

- My dive master (秉輝) is extremely helpful. I have been too accustomed to full service destination dives (shame on me), so I was a bit rusty at some of the gear assembly. The dive master assists me with full patience and professionalism.

- The dive master is extremely knowledgeable about the dive sites and asked me beforehand hand regarding my preferences when there are options.

- The gear is super well maintained, and the shop is extremely clean. There are baths for the customers to use after the dives, which is a big plus!

- They bring professional cameras and take photos for/of you. I wasn’t expecting a underwater candid photoshoot, but hey! I will take some great shots of me in the water

- The pricing is transparent, and great, especially for shore dives

Two things to note

- it’s not the full service mode in case someone is expecting the vacation destination service.

- Single diver do have a up charge, but the up charge is pretty reasonable

Amazing service, friendly staff that make you feel at home on Green Island, capable instructors (shoutout Weitin), and they take a bunch of pictures of you underwater to share with others. Me and a friend got open water scuba certified here. Beautiful sea creatures and features at the dive locations they took us to. Highly recommended.

I dived with them for three days. Diver masters are professional, kindly and fun during the whole diving, they also know how to make cool pictures underwater. Would recommend to anyone who wants to dive in Green Island whether you are a beginner or advanced, you'll love this dive shop.

Came here to do 3 dives. Friendly, English speaken, competent instructors. Gear is maintained as well. Fast response for information and reservation. This dive center I recommend !

這次是來考OW 證照，宇婷教練幫我們上課，她很細心又非常有耐心的教我們，有些項目失敗好幾次，但她還是一直鼓勵我重新教我怎麼做，還好最後都成功完成，而且每一潛完都會幫我們檢討哪裡有問題或是可以做的更好的地方，真的很感謝宇婷教練！然後綠島的海底好美！下次一定要再來Fun Dive~~

上岸後還有很棒的淋浴間可以盥洗
住宿空間也很不錯 重點還可以在一樓大廳
唱KTV欸 根本超讚好嗎～
教練們都很親切 對了 一定要投海底明信片
