A peaceful bridge in the midst of forest vegetation and overlooking the city lights as the beautiful sunset spreads the subtle colours is the sky…..this Sky bridge will spell charm on your evening…..
A long 5 km walk uphill to the bridge was all worthwhile for the peaceful sunset view….
Public transport can not be expected….do not expect much if you are not for the sunset view…. Ticket is 50 NTD but counter closes at 18.30 hours. Place is open till 20.00 hours.

Houtanjing (literary monkey-fathoms-a-well) is actually a site of tourist attraction in Nantou city, surrounded by pineapple field nearby.
The place locates on hills in central Taiwan, giving great view of the town below in the plain. The area is developed for tourism with some good designs, like the garden and the tower. Following the route, one can explore the area of countryside landscape.
The sky bridge is like a landmark here, connecting two hills for passengers to see the valley. A walk here is a good choice if you visit Nantou.

This place is awesome to unwind and do some soul searching while crossing the bridge. Across the bridge is a temple where you can also enjoy the view of the entire bridge..
