海草涼麵是用小麥義大利麵做的，Q彈有勁，獨門醬料清爽，有花生香又酸中帶辣，甜而不膩，超好吃。即使先喝光一罐海燕窩，還是一口氣吃了兩盤涼麵。太好吃。推薦給大家。

老板及老板娘非常親切，我與家人四人，遊綠島五天四夜，吃遍美食，感覺海草涼麵最能代表綠島的美食，海草、麻醬，涼麵太搭了，另外海草鳳梨湯（冰）非常棒。
