Ba Douzi Seafood Restaurant

This is one of the best place i have ever come. You need to book 1st, this place is quite crowed even i have booked im still need to wait 30min but thats not the problem, you can walk around a bit there are plenty thing for you to selfie. When you have a seat i can tell you that this place is one of the fastest restaurant you can image even they have so many customer. Seafood is so fresh, every dish is almost perfect. And The waitter are pretty funny too 10/10. This place is good for 10+ people

Any seafood lover residing in or visiting Taiwan needs to visit this place at least once. This is some of the freshest and most variable seafood that one can find in a restaurant setting, with multiple huge tanks filled with fresh, clean, and delightfully alive creatures.

Once you have ordered directly from the tanks, the dishes are presented in most dazzling ways and with fabulous creativity. Everything they serve is absolutely fresh and I'm pretty sure it will be some of the best lobster, or crab, or prawns, or oysters, or Moray eels, or turbot, or anything else you can find in there that you have ever eaten.

Try to eat the lobster and oysters raw for a heavenly experience if you can.

Bring your back-up wallet, or have someone invite you (like I did) and enjoy a truly memorable meal.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, big fish tanks, plants and other decorations.
They offer seafood from various corners of the world, all fresh and prepared on order. We had sashimi and some vegetables, fresh abalone from New Zealand, crab from the Philippines, fish from Korea and much more.
It was all made per order as one wishes, we could select the fish and seafood given the size we wanted as well and it was weighted in front of us.
One thing to note, this is not cheap, for sure you can find cheaper and also very tasty seafood in Taiwan in the coast but the selection here is unbeatable. Also the restaurant itself is an experience. Nevertheless it is not a place I would visit frequently given the cost but worth it for a special occasion.

This is the most fancier seafood restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s such a mini aquarium. There are 2 areas of tanks, one side is where you order the seafood from, and the other side is fish tanks for viewing. The price of the seafood is charged by weight. Make sure the price is clear before they make dishes.

Their sashimi is super fresh! Especially with the yummy sea urchin 🥳
Lobster salad is awesome.
The fried rice, fish and the crab congee are just amazing, can be the best dishes I’ve ever had in the seafood restaurant.
Got SUPER full after all, it was satisfying.
And also you can see all those fishes and sharks in the restaurant aquarium🦈

Fresh seafood is not hard to find in Taiwan. But a great seafood restaurant that is as exciting as Ba Douzi is hard to come by. With a massive outdoor koi pond, scaped indoor waterfall, planted river biotope tank, ultra long reef tank, rows after rows of tanks holding live seafood for you to choose from, and a gigantic shark tank sitting right at the centre of the dining area, Ba Douzi is like a miniature aquarium/seafood market. The seafood is consistently fresh and perfectly prepared to the same high standard. The venue is spacious, clean, and well furnished in contemporary style. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Ba Douzi to all seafood lovers.

The green tea mille crepe cake was pretty good. There were more than 50 layers. Also the price was reasonable. When we went to the place to pick up the cake, the owners son gave us a card to show their appreciation for the business which was very sweet. It was difficult for me to google the address since the name of the bakery is same as Kraft chicken shake and bake seasoning mix I used to use previously😜

被餐廳耽誤的水族館，店中央整片的透明玻璃那種感覺，確實不是一般餐廳能有的景色，入座後可以先去看想吃些什麼食材，全部都是新鮮現撈現秤重，叫號機開始震動後會有專人協助點餐並推薦料理方式，整體色香味沒話說，連招待的水果都有乾冰點綴，結帳有現金與轉帳兩種方式，不小心點太多也不用擔心，只能說百聞不如一見，要不是口袋不夠深真的會一試成主顧！（每人低消1000另加1成服務費）

中午岳母請吃午餐，11點剛開門停車廠就快停滿了，占地頗大，餐廳內部還有許多巧思，浮誇的是裡面有超大型水族缸，差點以為走進海洋館之類的地方，裡面有很多活跳跳新鮮海產可以選擇料理方式，不久就會變成桌上佳餚。

今天吃了海鮮米粉湯、烏魚子炒飯、生魚片、南非鮑魚....，食材新鮮所以東西也都很鮮甜，但份量真的很多，我們三大兩小點的都是四人份（最小單位）但看起來是八人份，只能說我們戰力不高，除了生魚片跟鮑魚吃完其餘大多都是打包帶回家，建議多人聚餐比較適合，裡面有大包廂大桌，應該可以容納二十人，很適合大家庭或朋友們聚餐。

古坑鄉間竟有此山區吃海產名店，一訪果然名不虛傳，必須先訂位，否則向隅，下午場分5點一場及7點一場，店內僅約圓桌10來桌，其中大包廂僅2桌，在大型水族箱旁，有低消2萬限制，小型4-6人座位約10組，最著名的就是進店那個豪奢5000萬打造的水族牆，有黌魚及各式魚類悠遊可供訪客拍照最狂，二來就是海鮮挑選區，有獨立水產箱，三大列排列壯觀非常，光是龍蝦就有7-8種，法國藍龍蝦、澳洲七彩龍蝦、印尼野生龍蝦、南澳洲岩龍….！另外還有特殊海產如：加拿大生蠔、日本北寄貝厚案生蠔、南非鮑魚、紐西蘭黑金鮑、日本松葉蟹、帝王蟹、紐西蘭象拔蚌，重點全部都是活體，沒有冷凍的，光這些投資成本就很驚人。
實際點餐，小卷米粉跟三點蟹粥真的必點非常好吃，鮮味逼人，鰻魚Q彈肉厚，生魚片新鮮彈牙，澎湖冰花口感恰似蓮霧超級令人印象深刻，日本干貝肉厚大顆，松阪牛肉非常大份口感又好夠大家食用，各樣菜色擺盤口感都一流無雷，上菜速度快，服務生服務道地，不論點餐還是外場服務都不馬虎。
餐廳格局外有庭園造景、型態栩栩如生松樹搭配錦鯉池，推測原先構想是用來當作豪宅，並非餐廳，戶外均有停車空間，裡面餐廳後方也有停車處。
聲明遠播並非沒有道理，有相當品質才有這種實力，推薦值得帶家人或重要朋友來此用餐，定能感受海鮮料理新視野。

活體海鮮區有黃金蟹、海膽、蛤蟆、生蠔、石斑、帝王蟹、澎湖野生明蝦、還有各式海鮮，光是龍蝦就有超多品種的可以挑選

當天4人座的位子是在類似半開放的小包廂內與另一組客人一同用餐，還有小丑魚的水族造景陪我們一同用餐，上菜速度算是快速，份量也是真的很多，建議多人來吃才可以點多一點菜色才不會太單調喔！

價格上算是CP值非常高的海鮮餐廳，品項多樣、環境有氣氛、海鮮也算新鮮，出餐方式很澎湃很像婚宴辦桌的感覺，整體來講很不錯，期待下次回訪💗

古坑有名的海鮮餐廳，已來過多次，外觀很大器的餐廳，裡外都漂亮，有自己的停車場方便停車。
每人低消$1000+10%服務費，座位很多元，人多人少都有位子，裡面有水族箱，魚群都很大隻，類小型的XPARK，大人小孩都喜歡。
餐點的部分食材很新鮮，有一區可以挑選活海鮮、龍蝦、帝王蟹、象拔蚌、生蠔、等等很多種，今天我們是訂合菜，由主廚幫我們配菜，餐點也都很好吃👍👍👍

真是新鮮美味的海鮮，澎湖野生明蝦，肉鮮Q彈，令人口齒留香，生魚片新鮮，活魚龍虎斑鮮甜。

中午用餐分為11點及1點、兩個時段，有要用餐真的要提早訂位！！！而且用餐只有2小時～服務人員的態度也很棒，下次會再來用餐的！
